Voda came and resolved the water emergency at my home. My late wife and I had just recently remodeled our home, but I was completely unaware of the restoration process. I assumed Voda was aware. My mortgage company required insurance payments to be made out to both the mortgage company and me so they could manage the process. Voda's work took a few months; State Farm took a while longer to process payments; and now Mr. Cooper is taking a bit longer to approve the work and issue payments. However, Voda has insinuated that I am not being honest about the process with Mr. Cooper and is placing a lien on my home. This has NOT been a good experience.

Jeff and Daniel were amazing to work with. They were knowledgeable and honest. I am very impressed with how clean the drywall cuts were, by Daniel, and how well he secured the rooms to prevent contaminants from spreading. He was very careful with all of our belongings and left no messes behind. For a situation that really stinks to be in, they made my nerves calm because I know we will not be getting mold. 🙏🏼

We had a wonderful experience working with Voda Cleaning & Restoration of Phoenix! After discovering a leak in our master bathroom on a Saturday morning, we called Voda and Jeff was at our house within 30 minutes. He quickly assessed the situation, explained the process, and set up fans to help dry everything out over the weekend. By Monday, his crew returned to take a deeper look and begin the cleanup process. Daniel checked in with us throughout the week and kept us informed every step of the way. Jeff did the same. Their communication was clear, consistent, and very reassuring during a stressful time. They also worked directly with our insurance company and coordinated with the adjuster, which made things much easier for us. On top of that, they helped connect us with their contractor to get the rebuild started. My husband and I were truly blown away by the professionalism, responsiveness, and level of care this team showed. They made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to navigate. We are very grateful for everything they did and would highly recommend them.

Daniel has been great throughout this process of me finding water damage and then having to have the bathroom walls, vanity and mirror taken out and the living room walls cut out. He has not only been so friendly and Informative of the whole process but accommodating of the hectic sports schedule we have as well. Couldn't recommend Voda enough if you have water damage as met with the owner Jeff on the initial consult and then Daniel same day to start the process. They were quick to respond to start the cleanup. Greatly appreciate them!!

This is not my first rodeo, I have had other issues that required me to engage work with other restoration companies and I will say that you need to do your homework when problems arise… I have had to deal with significant issues during projects, and later found out that shoddy work was done. Daniel and Jeff did a great job, came out on a Sunday when another company responded that they would try to get to me Monday when I had an out of town work trip. A thorough assessment took place, great communication with our insurance adjuster, and everything was clearly explained. Fastidious about quarantining the work area through the drying and demo work. These guys rock!
