I can only rave about the job that Noe did cleaning my tile and grout (350 sq ft). My floors look great, he was prompt, and provided both great customer service and communication. Genesis was both professional and personable assisting me with scheduling, and answered all of my questions. It was an exceptional experience start to finish. I recommend this company and will use them again in the future when needed.

Genesis and Noe were 100% exceptional. I found Voda via google when I was looking for a carpet cleaner in our area. Small space (1000 sq. Ft). Was hoping to put off a much more expensive carpet replacement for a few more years. Genesis spent 20 minutes answering all of my questions. She was so good that I found myself reflecting on her amazing customer service after the call. She was seriously the best rep I’ve interacted with in years. Noe was the tech who came over the following week to do the work. He was all business with a smile. Answered all of our questions and then executed on the work. Incredible job. Carpet looks 10 years younger. We did it ourselves a few times but their machines and expertise are waaaaay better. Oh, and they are cheaper than the competition.

Genesis arrived on time with paper slippers over her shoes on the outside porch. She smiled, inspected the damage (cat urine seeped into a wood-floored closet years ago) and provided a step-by-step-approach. She returned when she said she would, and I’ve already called VODA with another job.

Scheduled an appointment for this morning to have my upstairs bedroom, carpets, and hallway cleaned with Voda cleaning and restoration of Hartford. First time customer and was very pleased more than pleased with the Customer Service the interaction with the office and the technician or beyond anything I’ve experienced in a very long time not your typical carpet cleaning company and on top of it. The carpet turned out far better than I would’ve ever expected seeing that the original carpets Wall-to-wall from when the house was built in 97 and I’d recommend them to anyone that’s looking for polite service, professional cleaning, and it just was a very good experience. I will definitely use them again!.

I randomly called Voda for help with a wall to wall carpeted den which was accidentally flooded by our washer. A unpleasant smell was getting worse. Voda showed up in 45 minutes. They had high tech equipment that cleaned the carpet quickly and efficiently. Excellent service for fair price!

I’d highly recommend Voda! They quickly prioritized my job, thoroughly diagnosed and treated my issue. Genesis and Noe were timely and efficient. They took extreme care in our house making sure not to damage anything. They carefully maneuvered their ladder to avoid hitting any walls, covered their shoes, made sure not to damage anything and even vacuumed when they were done. They assured me I could call with questions any time. Dhaval was fantastic too! Don’t hesitate to use them for anything you need.

Voda came out to clean our offices at Connecticut Chiropractic, LLC. The crew that came was extremely nice and professional. They were prompt, efficient, came in and told me what they were going to do and were quick and did the best cleaning we have had on the carpets. A month before our scheduled cleaning we had a leak and they came out same day within hours of calling and cleaned the area within 30 minutes. Again, responsive, professional and quick. I believe they do an amazing job and there cost is worth the service you get. Will use Voda Cleaning & Restoration for all services we need going forward.
