Voda is the only company I will be having to my home for any floor cleaning. Simple appointment set up, virtually on a Sunday afternoon. They showed up promptly on the Tuesday scheduled appointment. Erik Carrasco was the Technician that came to my home! He was uniformed and came in a beautiful vehicle wrapped with the companies logo and spotless inside with all of the equipment each having its place. As a long term business owner, it’s so refreshing to deal with a company that makes it easy to accomplish your task! After all why are we calling a professional to take care of us if we could do better ourselves? Voda exceeded my expectations and should be contacted if you need their services, as they deliver! I would make Erik my lead company trainer if he isn't already? You guys Rock!

I reached out to this company with an ASAP ask and they made it happen! My carpet looks better than the day I moved in and I am the original owner (new build moved in a year ago). I am so happy with the service I received and will absolutely use them again in the future. Erik was outstanding, kind, and communicated extremely well. Thank you guys so much!!!

Found Voda through their ad. I knew nothing about them but they came immediately. I stayed with my daughter while they came in and worked. My son in law checked in every day. I dont know what i expected, but when I walked in the house, it looked like no one had been there as far as my carpet, dust etc. I was just shocked when I went into the bathroom where they had been working. Everything was spotless! There wasn't any dust anywhere, not one thing on the floors, there was a plastic "door" with a zipper shut between the rooms where they had to remove door. I realize they r a cleaning company but this was exceptional. To clean up the water and take out wallboard etc, there wasn't a footprint anywhere. All of that as well as their professionalism, I would highly recommend them to everyone. They are the best! They go the extra mile.

I had my tile and grout cleaned and Erik with Voda Tile and Grout cleaning did an amazing job. He was very professional and knowledgeable and was very careful with the surroundings in the kitchen area . Amazing floor cleaning service! Our floors look spotless and brand new. Super professional, on time, and very detail-oriented. Highly recommend! We tried every cleaning product and machine to get hard water stains out of black tile and nothing worked for us. Once Eric C. with Voda cleaning came to us, everything was spotless and all the stains were lifted.

Voda did a whole house remediation for cigarette smoke and the results are great. Everything looks cleaner and brighter and the elimination of smoke odor is better than expected. Team was friendly and very responsive during the job.

Voda did my black mold problem, cleaned my grout and air ducts. Easy to work with and were quite a bit less expensive than some other quotes. Highly recommend!

Kyler with Voda Cleaning and Restoration is the ultimate professional. My studio was completely flooded by a water heater bursting on the first floor. I had 2-3 inches of water soaking my floor, baseboards and entering behind my walls. Kyler went to bat for me by using a moisture meter to show that the drywall in the hallway was wet and needed to be partially cut out in order to examine the water damage. He is extremely knowledgeable in what the proper procedures are to remediate any potential mold growth. I highly recommend Voda Cleaning and Restoration to anyone experiencing flooding in their home.

From the first evaluation to the final finish, mold mitigation,VODA of greater Phoenix was one of the finest companies I have dealt with. Having been a licensed general contractor for 46 years, I have had the opportunity to deal with many mold and asbestos mitigation companies in Arizona and California.
In all that time I can Truthfully, say that I have not dealt with anyone in that field that showed more knowledge, professionalism, and determination to complete the job professionally As well as VODA.
I was in the process of selling my mother‘s home in Sun City, Arizona when it was discovered the mold was present in one of the bathrooms. VODA was fast to respond to my request for service and handle the entire job quickly and quite affordably.
