Wie waren einen Monat in dem Apartment und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man gebraucht hat. Die Wohnung ist hell und war bei Ankunft sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Es sind einige Restaurant und Cafés Max sowie 3 Strände fussläufig erreichbar. Alexandre ist ein professioneller Gastgeber und war immer für uns erreichbar. Er hat sich sofort um alle unsere Anliegen gekümmert. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist für einen Badeurlaub als auch einen Aktivitätenurlaub sehr gut gelegen. Der Flughafen ist schnell erreicht (40 - 50 Minuten mit dem Auto). Sehenswürdigkeiten (Seacaves, Turtle Beach, ect.). sind in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Restaurants sind in der Parallelstraße fußläufig zu erreichen und sehr zu empfehlen.Ganz in der Nähe befindet sich auch eine wunderschöne fußläufig erreichbare Bucht.Die Wohnung selbst ist gut ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation mit Alex lief ohne Probleme. Er war sofort jederzeit erreichbar und half bei Problemen. Danke nochmal!Kritikpunkte unsererseits waren: - etwas schmutzige Wohnung (massive Haare im Abfluss, Felcken am Boden, schmutziges Geschirr)- keine frischen Handtücher in 10 Tagen Aufenthalt (habe aber auch nicht nachgefragt sondern einfach gewaschen)- kein Staubsauger um mal durchzusaugen, nur Besen- Waschbecken nicht mehr fest am WaschtischNatürlich sind das Punkte die uns persönlich wichtig sind.

we had fantastic holidays. the house was great equipped with everything you need for a vacation. the highlight for us have been the water dispenser in the kitchen, so we didn’t need to buy any water and the two en-suite bathrooms.

The property is a good location from two beaches, bars and restaurants. This property is also very close by car to local super markets. The parking was easy to find. The only down point for this property was the noise from the street late at night / early morning.Otherwise this property was great to use for a base whilst touring around Cyprus.

Fab villa, gorgeous balcony right by the pool and a clean.Our host was extremely communicative, giving us a detailed check in and the place was spotless.Modern, clean furnishings, including a huge smart tv, all the kitchen mod cons and a powerful shower.Will definitely recommend, we really enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home.

Check in and pre arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. There was a helpful guide in the apartment with various information and local recommendations. The apartment was exactly as the photos and Lambros was always available via message or in person. Several beaches nearby just about within walking distance but I would recommend having a hire car. Numerous restaurants and bars within easy 5/10 minutes walk. Overall a great place to stay very clean with a nice outside shaded terrace with easy access to the pools, my only slight negative was the apartment was a bit dark due to no windows at the front of the property but it did keep it cooler!

Alexandre was the perfect host. Very communicative and helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped within a lovely quiet resort. Brilliant pool areas with quiet adults only pool if preferred. The cafe was brilliantly run by a super friendly and helpful lady who even helped us book our taxi back to the airport at a much more cost effective price! Worth saying that if you want to get to the centre of Protaras it is a 10/15 minute taxi ride away(€20). Highly recommend 5*

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per una vacanza al mare e nel complesso ci siamo trovate molto bene. La casa è spaziosa e ben attrezzata, perfetta per trascorrere giornate in relax. La zona è molto tranquilla, ideale per chi cerca pace e silenzio, anche se la posizione risulta comoda solo se si dispone di un’auto. L’unico aspetto migliorabile riguarda la pulizia: al mio arrivo ho trovato un po’ di sabbia per terra e in generale non mi è sembrato impeccabile. Per il resto, però, tutto ottimo e la valutazione complessiva è positiva.
