I can not praise these guys enough. I had a special request and even shipped them something special to put by our fire. They went above and beyond to do as I asked and even exceeded my expectations. They helped create an unforgettable experience for my engagement surprise for my Baby!! I totally recommend them and will be using them again! AAA+

Mystic Flame 30a provided great service and set the perfect vibe for a 50th birthday bonfire on the beach! The team was friendly during booking; the ambiance on the beach was incredibly awesome; and Michael, our attendant, was pleasant and kept the fire burning! Thanks!
The beach bonfire setup was absolutely beautiful, and our attendant was extremely kind and welcoming. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and loved that there was an option to add additional vendors to the experience.
However, there were several things that could have made the experience much better, especially considering the price. We were provided with exactly one s’more per person, which felt very limited for a bonfire experience centered around s’mores. For the amount paid, I expected enough supplies for everyone to enjoy more than one. Otherwise, it felt as though we were mainly paying for the setup and could have easily brought our own s’mores.
We also added pizza to our experience, but unfortunately, there were no plates, napkins, or utensils provided, which made serving the food inconvenient. Additionally, we did not receive the quote for our add-ons until just a few hours before the event, which made the planning process feel rushed.
Most disappointing, we did not receive the drinks we requested or the custom sign that was supposed to be included with our package.
Overall, the setup itself was beautiful and the attendant was wonderful, but for the price, I expected more attention to the smaller details and everything included in the package to actually be provided. With a few improvements in communication, supplies, and ensuring all package inclusions are delivered, this could be a really great experience.

We’re so happy to hear that the bonfire setup was beautiful and that your attendant was welcoming! We understand that a few details fell short of expectations and affected your overall experience, and we’d like to provide some clarification regarding the concerns mentioned.
Our catering services and additional amenities are typically invoiced together with the original reservation so that all details of an event are coordinated in one place. Since your event was originally booked through our third-party partner, Epicurate, any catering or additional amenities would normally be added directly to that reservation through their platform.
In this case, after the bonfire was booked through Epicurate, our team was contacted separately via email just a few days before the event to add additional services, which we were happy to do our best to accommodate. However, this resulted in the event details being split between two separate booking platforms rather than being managed together as one reservation. This created some confusion between the various additions and vendors involved.
Our custom sign is also selected and customized during the initial booking process. Because the sign request was sent separately via email after the original reservation had already been made, it was unfortunately missed during a particularly busy weekend.
We’d also like to clarify the concern regarding drinks. Soda is not currently a catering option we offer, and no soda or beverage service was included on the invoice for this event. We always encourage guests to review their final invoice to ensure all requested additions are listed prior to the event.
We certainly understand how these details could have affected the overall experience. We are continually working to improve our booking process and have made the necessary changes to help prevent situations like this going forward. We truly appreciate your honest feedback!

Luke was amazing! Very interactive, organized, and friendly. He set up chairs and fire perfectly. He even came over at the end and led our group in some games - so much fun. I would recommend this to anyone, ask for Luke!!
