I must apologise for sending this feedback a little late—straight after the course I went into surgery, so I’m only just getting round to writing it now! Better late than never though! 😊 I had an incredible experience, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Marcus! As the Chief Instructor, he is absolutely fantastic—so knowledgeable, patient, and truly passionate about teaching. The structure of the Day Skipper course is very well thought out, logical, and scientifically designed. It covers everything we need to know in a clear and progressive way, making it easy to absorb and master the skills. I felt completely safe and confident under his guidance the whole time. Thank you, Marcus, for such an amazing experience! Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Arrived promptly, beautifully presented with everything needed to complete the course. Clear and well laid out instruction and online tests. Personally, it took significantly longer than advised, but it was a whole new world and I really enjoyed doing it. Recently did Power Boat 2, and the instructor suggested following it up with Seamanship and Navigation. Was too shy to ask for official help through the website so called on friends so have struggled a bit, but took my time because (gloriously!) the course lets you, and have had my eyes opened, going on the water will never be the same again, it will be better!

Excellent course, well structured so that you learnt a bit, learnt a bit more, then had to apply the first bit in a new context, thereby constantly reinforcing the knowledge you were gaining. A few tech hiccups, but the support from Marcus was immediate and effective, so that these never became a problem. Well worth the time spent!

Excellent course for someone new to sailing to give them the knowledge and skills required to start participating in sailing activities and to gain some knowledge of the skills required to go sailing safely. Doing the course online allowed me to proceed at my own pace and review the information as frequently as required to ensure that I understood the information, rather than trying to keep up with the pace of others in a classroom-based training. I am now looking forward to booking onto my practical course to consolidate the information I have learnt. The support from the team was also prompt and efficient if we had any issues with proceeding through the online course, thanks
