The massages and facials at Purity Spa are consistently excellent, which is why I was a member here for years. I highly recommend Vadym for massages. I recently had a issue with one of the front desk staff regarding my final membership credit. While the initial interaction with the front desk was disappointing and unprofessional, I am pleased to say that the management team addressed my concerns quickly and professionally. The one star is docked solely based on front desk experience.

My partner and I got a couples massage and it was absolutely amazing!! Lien was awesome and the male masseuse did a great job with my partner and she enjoyed her massage! And the front desk staff were super awesome and friendly despite prior reviews to the contrary. We'll definitely be back again!

I did the mini package and it was amazing! You get a 30 min facial, 30 min massage and 15 min reflexology! Both of the staff is amazing but the massage/ reflexology w Linn was superb!

I’ve had multiple massages here and all of them were really great. Shoutout to Margo and Lien. I’ve always used Classpass to pay and never had a problem with that, though I recommend calling and asking for a female masseuse specifically if that’s something you care about. Will continue to be back!

I had botox done on October 9, 2025 20 units for my glabeller lines only. Guess what, in just 25 days, my botox wore off completely. I am sure my injector injected dysport not botox. I found a deal on GroupOn and yep got scammed. Thanks for nothing. $120 for 25 days.

Silvia is a 5 star and excellent Esthetician. She does a fantastic job of customizing her facials to exactly what her clients need. As a client of hers for the past year, she has consistently provided me with great facials as well as advice that has lead to my best skin in years. Also, the front desk staff that include Loza, Red and Elnaz are very friendly and professional which makes the experience even better.
