We have been a stellar company serving the metro Atlanta area for over 18 years, completing thousands of insurance and residential roofing projects with full transparency and strict adherence to every signed contract. Our reputation is built on doing exactly what we promise (often times going the extra mile) as you can see on all our other reviews.

In this case, the customer signed a clear contract for roof replacement only well before any work began. That is the exact scope we performed, and the project was completed to the highest standards in full coordination. Items such as siding, gutters, or trims were never part of our agreement (even though the insurance carrier approved them separately).

We fulfilled 100% of our obligations under the contract. Unfortunately, the customer has chosen not to pay the remaining balance that became due upon completion.
To any potential customers reading this: when you work with us, you receive a detailed, written contract upfront that spells out exactly what will be done and what you are agreeing to. We complete every job exactly as contracted, stand behind our work, and communicate directly throughout the entire process. Our goal is always to give you peace of mind and a roof you can trust for decades.
