Until last month, when I moved from New York City to Philadelphia, I hadn't moved in 31 years, and I heard all sorts of horror stories about the moving industry. I felt trepidation about the process even after hiring Piece of Cake. But the three-man team arrived on the day of the move exactly when they said they would; packed all my belongings; and even declined to charge me any extra after they arrived at my new apartment a while before I did. I couldn't be more grateful, and I'd recommend Piece of Cake Movers to anyone who planning a move.

After assessing a few different options, we went with piece of cake for our move from NYC to NJ. We also opted for POC to pack our belongings the day before since we had just two weeks to pull it all off. The team arrived right on time, packed everything in 6 hours and then came back the next morning promptly at 9am to finish the job. By 10am, we were on our way to the new place and they had unloaded everything by 1pm. I was shocked at how quickly it all went. Now that I’m unpacking, I’m also appreciative of how carefully everything was wrapped and packed. Because the team put tags on every box, our belongings were already in the rooms we needed to unpack! More than that, the staff was professional, friendly and the pre process was really easy. We agreed to a price based on the inventory list and then it never changed after that. Appreciative of how they made a chaotic time less stressful!
