We take all customer feedback seriously. Unfortunately, we have no record of this reviewer as one of our customers. Our business has recently been the target of an ongoing campaign of malicious reviews following demands for payment to prevent further negative reviews. This matter has been reported to Google and the relevant authorities, and we are cooperating with their investigations.

We have had our garden room for just over 3 years and it has been one of the best purchases we have made. The space it has provided is invaluable and the standard of the building is above all expectations. We have used it on a near daily basis for work and also relaxing in the evenings. Our room has composite cladding, large bi folding doors, aircon, ground screw foundations, insulated floor, walls & roof (which has kept the room warm all year)! The service from My Outhouse was spot on, we had constant feedback, and updates at every stage during the build. It took approx 2-weeks to complete and the room is far above the industry standard that the other companies we visited before instructing David and the team showed us. Perfect room and a lovely company to work with. Thank you

It was very easy to apply for My Outhouse finance deal and were approved within hours. The free design consultation and order process were straight forward and we had a beautiful garden gym built in under 2 weeks.

Really good from the start and they provided very good aftercare. The building team were in my garden every morning from 7:30 and they worked hard all day. The design experience was great and they designed it to create an internal sauna. Very quick build time. Their surveyor that measured the garden at the start was very knowledgeable and gave me some really good ideas. Price was fair and I'm very happy with everything.

This company jumped through hoops to get our outbuilding finished before we went on honeymoon. It took them 8 days to complete our 3m x 3m home office and they did an amazingg job! We spoke to 4 companies and decided My Outhouse offered the best offices for the best price.

We were very impressed with how my outhouse have a training facility in Borehamwood. We watched their staff constructing rooms in person and the quality was far beyond everyone else we spoke to. The garden room they built for us is stunning and it has transformed how we use our home. The entire team of builders and staff working in their showroom were absolutely amazing.

We had a fully insulated garden room built at our house in Hertfordshire in winter and I can say that it kept the heat in and it looks great. The service provided was excellent and I'm sure My Outhouse is the best garden room company in Hertfordshire

Maria, Steve, Ben, and builder Steve were great to work with. We ordered our room in March and it was built this June. It took 13 days in total to complete and it has transformed our garden. The Canadian Redwood Cedar they have installed looks stunning, and it is one of the highest quality cedar's I have seen.

Very professional experience. From the first meeting at their amazing showroom we were very impressed. All staff were fantastic, especially Robert, Steve & Ronnie our build team who were professional, very polite, courteous and friendly.
