We take communication and client satisfaction seriously, and it’s always our goal to resolve concerns promptly and thoroughly. We want to clarify that we did not receive a cancellation email prior to the billing cycle—had we seen it, we would have processed the cancellation right away and avoided any additional charges.

When you reached out regarding the disputed charge, Shayna responded with follow-up questions to clarify your cancellation and bookkeeping concerns. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a reply to that message. We would have been happy to walk you through the journal entries to confirm your books were accurate and resolve any confusion.

Our service tiers are designed to meet different levels of business support, and we did recommend a higher tier based on the needs you shared. That wasn’t meant to dismiss your concerns, but rather to ensure you had access to the level of service your business required.

We appreciate your feedback and are still open to resolving any remaining concerns if you’d like to reconnect.

Per the terms outlined in your service agreement, cancellations must be submitted to our designated business email (office@myofficehelp.com) to ensure proper documentation and prompt processing through our internal systems.

This protocol isn’t intended to inconvenience anyone - it’s how we ensure client requests are routed correctly, especially for cancellations that trigger specific workflows including stopping services, disabling billing, and archiving data.

Unfortunately, because the email was not sent to the appropriate address, it did not initiate that workflow and the charge was processed as scheduled.

That said, we understand how frustrating this situation has been and remain open to working with you directly to resolve any outstanding concerns.
