Our mom was very sick, we were so scared and sad when it was time for hospice. We are not from the area which made things even worse. We hated seeing her in the hospital—it felt so cold and unwelcoming. LifeChoice came to her house right away and brought warmth and experience. The nurses were sweet, personable and treated her like they were family. What we thought would be just a few days turned into weeks spending time together. They kept her comfortable the whole time, answered our calls 24/7, brought everything she needed and honestly were so kind to us that we really felt like we were not in it alone. She got to stay in her own bed surrounded by the people who love her most. The extra time allowed everyone to come and visit. LifeChoice turned the hardest days—and weeks—of our lives into something beautiful and full of love. 10/10 would recommend to anyone living in the area.
I want to thank Bertha, our hospice nurse, from the bottom of my heart. She naturally gave my mom such warm and compassionate care. Bertha was also so resourceful and helpful with my husband and me, and even with my mom’s caregiver. She went above and beyond for us, and we will be forever grateful to her.
Not happy with them. My husband went to a respite facility for 3 days and they ordered him a prescription. I am not sure why since we brought all of his medicine there. Now that facility Warren Barr is charging me for that prescription. I have contacted Life Choice many times and no one is taking care of this bill. It is suppose to be paid by Life Choice and not me.
LIFECHOICE Hospice was amazing. They walked with us each step of the way the last few weeks of my Dad’s life. We felt fully supported and my Dad felt truly cared for. They were very responsive with phone calls, provided medications & supplies, made regular visits to our home and gave personal, caring attention. Even the young men who delivered medical supplies were friendly and helpful. We are especially grateful for Marina our nurse, Jessica, Carlene, Dan and Grace. Thank you LIFECHOICE for bringing compassion and dignity to my Dad’s passing.
Hi want to say thst we are so Greatful for Life Choice Hospice. Angel is the caregivers for my father in-law and she takes such great care of him as if it was her own father. It means so much to our family that someone else really cares . Thank you for your great staff of Hospice caregivers

Choosing a hospice care provider is an incredibly important decision & I am so grateful that we went forward with the team at LifeChoice. From top to bottom, my family & I were absolutely impressed with their attentiveness to address any questions or concerns we had throughout the process, and never felt any form of pressure regarding any decisions made.
We had the pleasure of working with Alina, Elif, Angel, Doug, & Alex and my family could not have asked for a better team of talented and caring individuals. Alina stayed on top of the onboarding process, ensuring no equipment was delayed during the initial start up, and always available when he had a question on how things worked. Alex & Angel regularly stopped by to verify that we had all of the supplies & medication we needed, as well as checking my mother's vitals and addressing any of our concerns. Doug was great about reaching out to check in with us, as well as verified our religious beliefs in case we were interested in any forms of service & guidance. Elif consistently checked in with myself & our family, always there to lend an ear and speak with each family member offering kind words and advice.
Never once did any of them make us feel like their duties were done to simply check a box. Every action, decision, and conversation came from a place of goodness and with all of us in mind. Even now, after my mother's passing, Elif has been kind enough to continue to reach out & check in with myself and my family to ensure we are managing okay.
Thank you all so much for all of your compassion & professionalism! It was an absolute delight working with LifeChoice and this team during this difficult time & I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking into hospice care. You will not be disappointed.

We are very grateful to Life Choice Hospice for their exceptional care and support during a difficult time. From the very beginning, they responded promptly-delivering all necessary equipment and arranging the hospital bed transfer the very same day. Pain medications were delivered quickly, and we received clear, detailed guidance on how to administer them and care for our loved one.
The staff were not only knowledgeable and well informed, but also genuinely attentive and compassionate throughout. When my father passed, they handled everything with calm efficiency and care.

Life choice Hospice and Palliative care in wheeling….best care ever!!! I have been taking care of my 95 yr old mom for 10 years and needed help last 3-4 months, chose LifeChoice!!! Started with Catarina truly caring supportive in every way!!! My team also consisted of Marina RN, excellent nurse, compassionate supportive professional, Angel and ClaudiaJessica were all wonderful and caring, Elif brought coloring books and was amazing towards my mom and Alina and Daniel were amazing!!! Can’t say enough about all of them!!! Helped me through most difficult times in my life Must mention Reverand Carlene truly a blessing in million ways. Thank you all and God Bless!!!! You hear many things about how wonderful Hospice can be but to experience it first hand and have an experience like this is a something else all together. LifeChoice, and specifically Nurse Marina, guided us through this journey from the initial moments of that first call, to the family aftercare that was provided. The entire team was there to support and lead the way through this challenging time. Needed help and even equipment was there when necessary as if it were magic. In Marina, there could not be a more caring, communicative and lovely person. Hiren, with his gentle warm and knowing guidance was the presence we needed exactly when required. We will never forget their kindness.

They gave the outmost care to mother.
Her nurse Emily was very knowledgeable & compassionate. She made a point of checking in on us as well. Doug spent time with our mother & comforted her during her time of need. Elif gave our mother a blessing at the end of her life. They put an emphasis on caring for the caregivers as well.
