Health Rush has been such a lifesaver for me! I order consistently and make sure I have meals for at least 6 out of the 7 days of the week. AND THE MEALS TASTE GOOD! The website makes it so easy to order and gives nutrition facts for all meals. They offer delivery or pick up twice a week. The food is always so FRESH and FLAVORFUL. I have explored other meal prep companies and nothing compares (not a fan of frozen meals filled with sodium)! It’s nice to know the food is cooked fresh and sustainable. I’m so happy I made the decision to incorporate Health Rush in my routine. As a healthcare worker, having balanced meals throughout a 12 hour shift is crucial!

Health rush is the best. been on it for the better part of 3+ years. they make customs meals with counted calories and macros for me. i’m down 75lbs and one of the biggest factors is my diet and all credit goes to Health Rush. i eat 4 meals a day 7 days a week. and now my wife signed up as well mainly for convenience.

A small company that actually cares about you! I have a lot of dietary restrictions and it is always a pleasure to work with Health Rush. I don't think any other company would customize what you need like they do. Rochelle has always asked for feedback and I can tell it makes her day when I tell her something is extra tasty! You just don't get that with big, corporate, cookie-cutter companies. Their entire team has always been professional, kind, and all about delivering a great experience. This is a genuine group of people who care! 10/10 recommend!
I found this food service doing a quick Google search, and so far, I love it! Unlike big companies like FitLife or Factor, every week is different. You don’t ever get the same meal twice, at least from what I’ve seen. I really enjoy that level of variety. All the food is super tasty, and you eat things you don’t normally eat. My husband is a picky eater, and even he finishes up all his meals. I am so happy to have found this service. It’s a great value for the money.

What more can you ask for? Have been a client for 12+++ months and Health Rush fuels my day-to-day and allows me to focus on my work. The responsibilities eliminated from signing up with Health Rush: No longer having to drive to grocery shop, spend time purchasing and then preparing meals, having to deal with messy cleanup, packing your meals, and finally eating from my own bland menu & cooking (I am a decent cook but nothing like Rochelle & Team), makes my LIFE incredibly joyful, optimized, efficient, and allows me to be on the GO!!!

Fantastic meal prep company! I’ve been using them for a little over 4 months now and have lost over 40 pounds, diet alone! I enjoy the meals! Fresh and delivered twice a week. Great variety and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone look to better themselves and lose some weight.

The food is soooo delicious and portions substantial. I originally ordered for one family member and now I have added myself. Delivery is reliable and friendly. The pancakes are awesome! Try it! You wont be disappointed!!!!!!

Excellent service! I highly recommend! I ordered this meal delivery service to assist my wife after she gave birth. It's always on time, fresh, and delicious. They are very understanding about dietary restrictions. Everyone I spoke to is very friendly. The bags and packaging they use are always clean. We are enjoying the service so much!
