There is NO CHARGE for a service call. So if you have a problem. My Guy is the company to call. My technition—JD did awesome job solving the problems with my aging garage door opener. He arrived as scheduled. Conducted a thorough inspection and provided a clear solution. He had everything needed to immediately fix the problem. I highly recommend this locally owned business.

What an exceptional experience we had with My Guy Garage Door Repair! One of the springs on our garage suddenly broke and when we called, they were able to send a truck with 2 guys that same afternoon. Austin quickly assessed our entire door, explained thoroughly what was needed and gave an excellent quote. He and his trainee had the repairs done within a short time. They provided amazing customer service with an 8 year warranty included. We highly recommend this company!

We had Waylon come over this morning to help fix our garage door after the spring broke. He did a phenomenal job. I really appreciated that he gave us options and explained the pros and cons of the options. He also evaluated our whole garage door, which I really appreciated so we knew what other things were wrong with it. He also gave us a heads up on things that may need to be fixed in the near future. Waylon was friendly, helpful, and seemed very honest with the cost of the repairs. We would definitely recommend to a friend!
