Mikey and his assistant (Duane) recently set up a new elliptical machine and removed a defective one from our basement home gym. They were great to deal with and provided truly excellent customer service, which seems to be a rarity in this day and age. Mike was fantastic. Really tried to help us but unfortunately our machine wasn’t worth fixing. We have/had a 2007 Precor treadmill but was going to cost too much to try and diagnose and repair, too many issues.
