They researched the best repair options and provided me with the different options before letting me decide what was best. They also switched the pool up during the time we were waiting for the new system so that the pool would still run and wouldn’t turn green. Great people to do business with and great communicators!

We started this process during the pandemic so there were delays in getting pool. Steve kept us informed and was straight forward with everything, even offering a full refund on down payment. We are so glad we decided to stay the course and the finished product is amazing. We get compliments from everyone that sees our pool. What an amazing company! We worked with My Favorite Pool Builder for our new inground fiberglass pool. They did what they said they were going to do when they said they would. They explained the entire process and made themselves available to answer any questions that we had. The finished product looks amazing. Final touches on my family's new pool was completed today and we could not be more happy. From the beginning, Steve was on the ball with getting back to us, answering questions, and being transparent with costs/options. After months of speaking with other pool contractors, the difference was a breath of fresh air. Once the pool work started, we noticed the same difference compared to previous contracting experiences. It was great seeing the family effort coming together to get our pool installed. They kept us informed on progress and checked in to make sure their work was meeting our expectations. Everyone we spoke to was friendly and helpful. They worked through every minor issue and made sure the job was 100% done to our satisfaction. My family has been swimming every day and we are beyond happy.
