During a very difficult time for the family as we realized it was time to let go of our beloved Sammie, Paw Prints demonstrated an unbelievable caring and gentle approach to what could have been even more traumatic. She never rushed us, took time to talk with us about our dog, and showed empathy throughout the process. We highly recommend this service when that unfortunate time comes to say goodbye to a four legged part of the family.
Thank you for your professionalism and compassion. Dr. Shannon was great. I would highly recommend using their service. Thank you so much for everything when I had to put my dog to rest.

Thank you for your kind words. We are glad that we were able to make this difficult situation and a little bit easier. It’s an honor and a privilege to help our four legged family members crossover.
Eternal Pawprints brought so much comfort and peace to saying goodbye to my 16-year-old cat, Chicken. Knowing that he was at home and as comfortable as possible was invaluable, and the vet was so kind and caring and knowledgeable and just outstanding at what must be an extremely difficult job. She walked me through everything and answered all my questions and genuinely appreciated Chicken and his little life. I believe that she made his last moments far, far more comfortable by avoiding a car trip to a vet’s office, but also by being a caring, comforting presence. All of my interactions with them were compassionate and professional and timely. I would strongly urge anyone I know to use Eternal Pawprints if they have the need.

Eternal Pawprints staff and Dr. Shannon were very informative, professional & understanding. This was my first experience of having to put my dog to rest, they made me feel comfortable from the first phone call until the end of the process, walked me through every step, allowed me the time and space with my baby and his siblings to say our goodbyes, handled him with care. I am beyond pleased with their services, it was about my fur baby and me.

Saying goodbye to your fur baby especially for the first time is always hard. We are glad that we could make this difficult decision a little easier.
Our Maggie had just turned 14 and suddenly got sick. She was diagnosed with a large mass on her spleen and possibly liver. The prognosis was not good and her condition worsened rather quickly. She had a great last few days with many of her human family and pack visiting. Rather then letting her suffer we contacted Eternal Pawprints for an in home crossing. Dr. Shannon came and was very sweet and understanding of Maggie's condition. She made the crossing very calm and peaceful. It is never an easy thing to do but Dr Shannon was very compassionate and even allowed our other dogs to say goodbye.

It was an honor and privilege to help. Glad we could make this farewell a little easier.
We had to say goodbye to our tiny voidling cat, named Rue, back in October. She'd been dealing with chronic illness for a few years and we knew it was time. Rue was an absolute sweetheart ... except at the vet clinic. She was only 6 pounds and lacked half her teeth but she sure knew how to bring fear into most vet techs' hearts. She typically needed multiple sedatives for any of her vet visits. It felt wrong for her final goodbye to be so stressful. Thankfully, services like Eternal Pawprints exist. Dr. Shannon and her staff made the process very easy. Dr. Shannon was gentle, kind, and compassionate. We didn't feel rushed at all. She even asked us questions about our girl and spent time giving her extra head rubs as she capture the paw prints. Dr. Shannon is the kind of person you want with you on one of your worse days. We are so very grateful.

It was so hard to say goodbye to our dog, Chevelle who was 14 years old. And I am so grateful for Dr. Shannon who on our first visit got to know our dog. She provided simple suggestions and information on how to keep Chevelle more comfortable. Dr. Shannon was very responsive to my questions. Our dog hated going to the vet, it was such a blessing to be able to say goodbye in our home surrounded by family. On the day Dr. Shannon was compassionate and I appreciated her peaceful energy.

Thank you for your wonderful testimony. We are so glad that we could help you through hospice and the farewell process with Chevy.
We recently said goodbye to our beloved cat, Sid, and we are so grateful to Eternal Pawprints for helping us through one of the most difficult days of our lives.
Dr. Shannon, who came to our home was gentle, patient, and incredibly kind. She took the time to get to know Sid and explained each step of the process. Sid was able to stay in his favorite spot, surrounded by love, and his passing was peaceful. Dr. Shannon gave us plenty of time and also encouraged our other pets to say goodbye.
Eternal Pawprints truly gave us a gift of a beautiful farewell, free from the stress of traveling to a clinical setting.
Thank you, Dr Shannon, for your gentle compassion and kindness during a difficult moment. Your care will be remembered with deep gratitude.

This was such a hard thing to do. We had Nico in our lives for 15 years, he was a feisty 6lb rat terrier that was the boss! Eternal Pawprints was very caring and helpful through this process. From the first phone call to the moment Nico peacefully left us. Doing this at home was very important to us and I am glad we were able to do it with such caring support from Shannon. I highly suggest using Eternal Pawprints when you are faced with this tough decision for your pet.

So glad we could make things a little easier and peaceful for you and sweet Nico. We are glad he could be home and in the arms of his favorite people.
Thank you for your compassion & quick response. It made a hard decision, less painful. I would recommend both consultation & euthanasia services. Much more in depth personalized care than typical vet appointments.

Hi. Um we don’t see you ever using our services so how can you leave a review for something you haven’t used? Had you use our services you would know why our prices are what they are. A veterinarian comes to your home and spends anywhere from 30min to an hour with you and your family to help your beloved pet pass. The cost covers their expertise, time, local travel, supplies, memorial items, paperwork, record keeping, notification to your veterinarian and expensive controlled drugs. We even help with taking your beloved pet for cremation. Please since you haven’t used our services don’t leave a review. It harms our business.
Samwise Gamgee, our beloved best bud, was diagnosed with spleen cancer. Our regular vet was less than open about what was to come. After surgery, grief, and great expense, we were left to our own to find the next steps. Dr Shannon was the answer! She is amazing and was helpful beyond belief. I have recommended her to close friends who have also used her kindness in awful times. Should you find yourself in this position, I am sorry, but Dr. Shannon will make this horrible moment better for you. She will share her wealth of knowledge, allowing you to make necessary choices and know they are the right ones for your family.

Dr. Shannon was thoughtful, validating and compassionate when we had to say goodbye to our 15 year old Labrador. She kindly explained the process to us, as this was our first time, and she was respectful and warm. I appreciated especially that she eased our minds about our decision. It was a blessing to be able to do this at home, and I was glad that the pricing was fair and upfront. I honestly can't think of a better way to have experienced my pet's passing. Dr. Shannon made it peaceful for our beloved pet as well as for us.

It's been 3 weeks since Dr Shannon came to our home and helped our Madison to cross the Rainbow Bridge. To have our pup leave this world with such dignity meant the world to us. From the moment Dr. Shannon walked in until the time she left we were all treated with compassion and respect. We can not thank Dr. Shannon enough for helping us thru this difficult time in our lives. Madison passed away so peaceful with her face in a bowl of ice cream, her favorite treat. She was so comfortable in her own home and she experienced no anxiety or stress during the whole process. We should all be so lucky. Dr. Shannon, we appreciate all that you did for us!
