Terrible and horrible experience with these people. They told me that it would cost $125. Some guy showed up, charged me $450. Didn't or couldn't fix it. I had asked if the guy was an employee of the company. They said yes. But he was just a subcontractor and was not an employee. When he didn't fix the door the first time, he said to come back he would charge me $1,200 and up. Not a good experience, and I still have a broken door.

I'm not really sure how this place has such high rating? I just gave them a call, they said it's $125 for them to visit, and if you agree to pricing, they waive the visit fee. I asked them if I can send them for some pictures to get a ball park estimate and they said "no, there's nobody here", and when I told her that this won't work she just hung up.
