We used them for new gutters and attic insulation. They were affordable, and quick to finish/schedule the jobs. No other local companies could beat their prices. We will definitely be using them again in the future for our next project.

Not good service, Doug curse me out. Said some really nasty things about me and my children. All because I couldn't pay in full. I didn't go though my insurance, I paid cash. The guys were smoking cigarettes, I don't smoke, so it was nasty. Broke my shovel. Some things are missing out of my garage. They held my deposit for 4 months before they did the work. BAD experience !!!! Now they want too lie !! Wow. Not good business.Now he's trying too day l owe 9000.00 I have the bill. I'll pay what the bill says. I'm ready for court. Bring your copy of the bill. I'll have mine. My bill will be pay off next month. Enjoy your life !!!
Hello, I am Doug the owner of Discount Roof Inc. Your contract was signed on 11/14, permit received 11/24, and you were completed on 1/9. Weather this winter and the Christmas holiday obviously played a role. 7 weeks is hardly 4 months. I most certainly did not curse you out or speak negatively about your 7 foster children that you use as a reason not to pay your bill. You have not paid your bill to date, not even close. When work was completed, you notified us you will pay when you can and gave us $100 of the $9450 contract. Unfortunately, things do not work that way. You also said you would have your ex-husband pay us a visit. We have financing available, but you refuse to even apply. You have been referred to our attorney for collection, and your review will also be forwarded to him. You are not allowed to make libelous statements on an open forum to cause harm to someone's reputation just to get out of paying a bill. Discount Roof Inc and all of their employees work very hard for our customers, and nonpaying customers make it difficult and more expensive for everyone. It is unfortunate you did not notify us ahead of having the work completed that you did not have the money to pay your invoice. We would have made other arrangements. Best of luck.

I chose Discount Roofing to install new siding, gutters, and windows and I am quite pleased. My home looks brand new! Alec worked with me to ensure I received the best siding options and color choices. John, along with his crew, put in the work to make sure I was satisfied. Beyond the quality work, John communicated with me until the project was complete and I greatly appreciated that! Also, the clean up was well done! Having two small dogs I was concerned for left over nails but fortunately I have found none! Overall, I highly recommend Discount Roofing.

Updateed review: I just had Mike from Discount Roof out today to fix my gutters. Mike was friendly and quick. They fixed my gutter in just a couple of hours. Last month I spoke with the owner's son, and he apologized for my job accidentally getting lost, but they re-earned my business, and I'm looking forward to hiring them again to fix my back porch in the spring. I can now proudly say they're a great company, and I appreciate their commitment to their customers' satisfaction. Highly recommend, and I'll definitely be using them again.

Discount Roof did my fascia a few years ago. I called them and told them that the metal looked ripped and not neatly cut. It was literally just nailed up there like kids did it. They told me they would come out and fix it. Cut to a few months ago I called to see if they would still fix it because they never came out. They more or less told me that if I purchased a new roof, that they would come out to fix it. Laughable at the least. I paid another company to redo my fascia.
I am sorry we do not have anyone by your name or similar in our system for the last 5 years. Please call our office at 219-299-2563 and ask to speak with someone in charge. Thank you
They replaced my roof, 2.5 years later I have a leak around my chimney flashing, called them to fix my issue, they refused under the warranty clause , they where rude and insulting , using threat, buy stading we have lawyers, tried to speak to them several times, they pretty much said we are not fixing anything. Don't use this company.
Sir, Discount Roof Inc has a lifetime workmanship warranty, one of the best in the industry. When you called about your problem we immediately responded and sent out someone to inspect. We discovered the chimney flashing was different from when we were completed with your job. We asked you about it and you told us that you had a handyman/tuckpointer/insulation/roofing guy tuckpoint your chimney and insulate your attic, but he would not have messed with it. We tried to show you pictures how it was when we completed your job to the shape it is now. We even emailed the photos to you. You did not want to even look at them. You expected us to fix your handymans bad workmanship for free. You persisted in calling and harassing our office, threatening our employees. Now you have made libelous statements on a public forum, so now we have record of it. You have been referred to our attorney. Pictures do not lie. We protect our reputation because we go the extra mile at the beginning. Thank you.
Discount Roof was professional from start to finish. I received an estimate that week and he noticed another problem with my soffit and they corrected it. It just took a few hours. Their workers were courteous and despite the cold, they did a great job.
