We looked at another well known company (Franchise?) to do our small walk in closet but the sales person was pushy and honestly insulting when I told her I needed to check with hubby before signing. Her price was only good if I signed that day. Our second quote was from My Customer Closet and wow!- total opposite, NOT pushy and laid back. Bryan took measurements and showed a draft of what he could do. He told us he would send quote later that day (maybe next day?). It was considerably less $ than the pushy company quote for essentially the same design and materials. We gave deposit immediately. Our closet was installed last week and we LOVE it. 100% recommend My Custom Closet!!

Highly recommend - Bryan is really good at analyzing a closet, evaluating what is important to you, and then finalizing a design that he believes fits what you want. He draws the diagram out on the spot and is super flexible to make changes to what you need/want. I'd also like to add that pricing is very reasonable. They are my go-to if I ever need anything custom closet related in the future.

My Custom Closet was great! My master closet collapsed and they came out the next day to measure for a new closet. The installation took less than a day and now we have a much more functional closet space! Would definitely recommend.

Not only does it make a loud, concerning crash, it also takes hours to clean up and then...here comes the great part...an opportunity...call My Custom Closet and never go back to wire again! I called My Custom Closet and left a message about having an old custom closet repaired after calling a national custom closet design chain and being transferred 3 times. Jill got back to me immediately and I met with Bryan. Bryan was organized, took measurements, explained and provided options and walked me through updating the existing space. Bryan explained how to organize and maximize the space, designed the closet and showed how the space would be organized. Bryan had a quote back to us within a day and I hired them. The work was done very quickly, neatly and the new space is just fantastic. I am going to have Bryan do 2 more closets. Great people, great family owned business and just a pleasure to work with Bryan and Jill.
