We have just bought our first home. Continuum was the mortgage broker who helped us getting everything over the line. Craig, specially, has been our dedicated mortgage broker. The process seemed complicated, but he always reassured us that everything was being taken care of, and he delivered!
In the current circumstances where interest rates are sky high, We were able to secure a mortgage at a reasonable rate, and Craig's interactions with the have also been imperative for a smooth completion.
From beginning to end ofnthe purchase, I can't recommend Continuum enough, which I must also say, their rates are competitive!

I was initially looking for a financial advisor who could give me an overview of whether my works AVC funds were performing in an acceptable way - as I had not idea.
I posted a request on a website that connects the public to financial advisors and within 30 mins I was speaking with Stuart Anthony from Continuum.
I have requested help, for the same issue, of previous advisors, and never managed to find anyone who was willing to take the time to assist with, what might be considered, an insignificant request.
Stuart was extremely pleasant, down to earth, and easy to talk to. He immediately understood what I needed, and offered me a one off, face to face meeting to review other areas of my finances as well.
I took Stuart up on this, and he
generously offered me a very helpful assessment of my AVC's, performance as well as giving me advice on how I might best invest some additional funds.
My overall impression of Stuart was that of a genuine, knowledgeable, generous and skilled advisor, who seemed willing to assist and take time with clients at every income and wealth threshold.
I am glad to have connected with Stuart, will certainly use him for future financial advice, and I would definitely recommend him to others.

From the very first conversation Mike has been amazing. From explaining everything in a really understandable way, covering all of the options available the pros and cons of each option so you could make an informed choice. Being older getting a mortgage seemed impossible but Mike made the process really straight forward, and completely stress free. Even when his role had finished and I had an urgent question he responded so quickly putting my mind at rest. If I could give more stars I would. We had our 1st twelve month review excellent service went through portfolios thoroughly and pleasantly surprised gained approx 7 percent growth over 12 months even taking in volatility in markets recently.
Our existing portfolios prior to Ian taking them over were decreasing in value with high fees
We could not ask for a more efficient financial adviser for the 1st time in several years we feel confident where are investments are invested they will continue to grow. I would have no hesitation in recommending continuum financial services and in particular Ian O Dowd

I am delighted with the service I receive from my financial adviser. He takes great care to discuss and identify my needs and objectives and then researches and draws up proposals for further discussion and approval. This plan is regularly reviewed and updated and new proposals formulated. As one who is not well versed in financial planning and investment I find this approach thorough and reassuring. It gives me confidence that my financial affairs are being well managed . The personal approach with face to face meetings as required and regular email exchanges is much appreciated.
