Yenson’s service is truly first-class. I urgently needed a caregiver to look after me (bedridden), and he managed to arrange one for me within just a few days. Whenever I encounter any issue, he responds quickly and helps resolve it right away. Thanks to him, I feel very safe and well taken care of.

I engaged My Care Concierge for my mum’s end-of-life home care, and I’m truly grateful for the care and kindness we received. Syafiq- the main coordinator was super helpful and quick to resolve our issues, even during early mornings or late nights. Sakina- the carer was exceptional — compassionate, patient, and very professional. She did hourly recordings of my mum’s condition, paid close attention to every detail, and gave valuable suggestions like switching to an oxygen concentrator and using a urine catheter to ease her discomfort. Her empathy and proactive care made my mum’s final days as comfortable and pain-free as possible. She treated my mum with such dignity and warmth, as if caring for her own family. I wholeheartedly recommend My Care Concierge to anyone seeking professional, compassionate support during such a difficult time.

Jefri the Care Manager was kind and understanding and provided us with the best possible help in Marilou. Marilou was a wonderful caregiver to my father. Extremely grateful to Care Concierge for their care of my father upon his discharge from hospital. They were very flexible in terms of when to start since I wasn’t sure when my dad would be discharged & they were quick & ready to receive him once I informed them. Our caregiver is a young Bangladeshi man who was very good in caring for my Dad. He got on well with my Dad & mom. My dad was finally fully mobile now & has very little need for O2 concentrator. Yenson Lee who is the Head of Operations is very hands on & I appreciate his care in ensuring all arrangements are done well & remains contactable. Thank you once again for the high quality service rendered. In fact my sister who was in an accident recently also took a caregiver while she was in the hospital & another while recovering at home with Care Concierge & again she was happy with both caregivers 🙏

Their care managers are responsible but their live in home care quality is so bad. Not suitable for dementia patients and basic knowledge or common sense also they don't have. I'm so fed up with the candidates from this company. Think twice before using their caregivers for your elderly parent.

She is young & energetic but have a warm & strong willingness to learn our ways of handling house chores & taking care of elderly parents. Jane is patience, kind, & hard working & go beyond the extra miles in home care services.
