I found Russell after being grossly mistreated at my previous provider, I was skittesh and scared of everyone in the office and couldn't go to appointments unless my husband came with me. I was treated so well with understanding, compassion, patience, and dignity making it easy to open up not only about what I had been through but about the actual diagnosis' that had me seeking care in the first place. Now after only a few months I go to my appointments alone totally comfortable and trusting and only need my husband to pick me up after my treatments because driving isn't allowed. I am usually good with words but can't seem to find words to express exactly how much I recommend their services. You can't find a better crew than the one at Bouyant, they actually care about their clients well being and coming from an abusive practitioner I have begun to thrive under the care of Bouyant Health. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with them, you won't regret it. Edit: Dr Elizabeth the Peds provider has been the best thing to ever happen to my two kids that were in great need of help and she goes above and beyond to make sure her patients are safe, supported, and their mental health is treated with the care and concern as physical health. I don't have a word strong enough that could explain exactly how necessary it is to contact her if your child is showing some warning signs that maybe they need a bit of extra care. My kids adore her and my gratitude knows no bounds. Russell and Elizabeth have changed the lives of my kids and myself and I think all those struggling and needing help should go to them above all others. If your question is "where do I turn" the answer is "right through the doors of My bouyant health" they are the GOAT of mental health care and you deserve the best.
Edit: I have been a patient for a year officially and they added more amazing staff. Don't be scared to seek care here Russell, Hanna, and Desiree are the people I have contact with they are simply amazing.
What are you waiting for make the call there are other providers i don't know them but Russell would never ever have anyone work in his office unless they are exceptional.
And Russell if you are reading this, always remember I am an OG patient from when you were just starting. Look at you now!

Best psych experience I've had so far. I've been to many different psychiatrists, no one could/would help me. That is until I saw Dr. Russell Horning. He is amazing and willing to help me with a treatment plan designed especially for me. I even have my mom seeing Russell. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs mental health help. If I could give Dr. Russell Horning ten stars, I would.

Short version: Highly recommended.
Longer version: My experience with the staff at My Buoyant Health has been very positive. I transferred from another local provider that had some very good pluses, but unfortunately several deal killers. Fortunately, that experience led me to Russell Horning’s office and his exceptionally capable and caring staff.
As an example, I had mentioned a problem/symptom to other healthcare professionals multiple times. When I described the same symptom to Russell, he immediately scheduled a test to help determine if further action should be taken.
The office is more laid back and relaxing (and soothingly decorated) than any other I’ve encountered. Two flippers up!

Wonderful place, they go above and beyond to assist you in your needs. Can't say enough good things about them. Dr horning always listens to me and my needs.
