Made group travel stress-free There were six of us traveling (my husband and I, our adult son, my parents, and my husband’s mother), and I was dreading how much time I would have spent filling out the form manually for everyone. Quick and helpful support I've been using this service for a while now. The last time I was getting ready for a trip to Thailand, I was checking my passport details and noticed a mistake, the letter i was there instead of l in my address. I messaged support straight away to ask about getting it changed. They replied within a few minutes and helped me sort it out. They helped me to cancel the application and create a new one without errors. When I finally got my arrival card, the typo wasn’t there.
