I purposely waited a few years to leave this review to see how things would shake out. All I can say is wow! Great water, and even after the equipment needed servicing they came up to me in Fort Wayne and fixed it just for cost of materials. Great company!

Wonderful and personable. Above and beyond on the install in Durham, NC in 2025! Would recommend. Checked with me on preferences, aesthetics, and safety and the different aspects of the install and walked me though everything that was done ... but then went further beyond! After leaving, they came back on their own request after researching into a potential higher rhan normal water pressure and alerted me to planned changes by the city for water pressure in 2026, while implementing improvements which orotectsd against the future issues and also future-proofed. Thank you!

Justin in the Raleigh, NC area has been wonderful to work with. Aqua Otter came out and tested our water, letting us see that we did not want to be drinking (or even bathing in) the city water at our house (we are in the suburb Fuquay-Varina, NC). He gave us options and explained the benefits of different units. My family of 5 are now proud owners of a whole house water filtration system with a fluoride filter. I am so thankful for Justin- he comes and checks my unit whenever I have any questions! Amazing customer service and I send all my friends and family to him for the same quality service!! We purchased our saltless water tank in Sept 2022, best purchase we've made. We have extremely hard water and this system has taken all of the sulfur smell out, plus our water does not leave rust stains on our toilets, tubs etc.. Larry from Aqua water was very kind and did a great job at explaining everything, it's been 3 years and they are still eager to help and answer any questions I may have! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Found this company online they were also referred by a friend for 20 years. I had the worst water no company prior to me finding aqua otter could do anything to solve my issues heavy iron lots of odors in my water very acidic aqua otter came in and it’s literally changed my life. Great service! We had been dealing with a sediment problem in our water for years when we came across their booth at the Indy Home & Garden convention in early February. They talked with us there about different options, then came by our home to look at the situation in person. They got us set up with a system to take care of both the sediment and our hard water, and we’re so happy with it! The installation was done quickly and professionally, and they answered all our questions about how it worked. It’s so great to be able to drink water straight from the tap! I will personally recommend them to anyone looking for a great low-maintenance water system.

From the top down Larry, Steve and this system are first rate! The area I live in is known for terrible water and lead pipes. The Aqua Otter system has made drinking from the faucet possible again! No carrying in heavy salt bags, no slimy water and excessive rinsing. I've already noticed a difference in my appliance and MY HAIR! Glory be! Don't hesitate. You won't be sorry!

I recently had the Aqua Otter saltless whole house water filter system installed. Bottom line - I love it. The water tastes so clean! The water actually feels smooth when you rub your wet fingers together.- not rough anymore! My home is connected to city water which unfortunately has very hard water. Hard water damages ALL the water-related home appliances, pipes and faucets. Since the new filter system installation from Aqua Otter, my water tastes better, the chlorides are filtered out and there is no more hard water - so my appliance's will last so much longer. With that said - this whole house water filter should save me money in length of time of home appliance replacement cycles. Thanks so much.

We had this system installed almost two years ago and have not a single issue. We noticed an immediate difference in our water and the water quality and have been very happy. This morning we woke up and noticed a small leak coming from the system. I called and sent and email and got an almost immediate response. A technician was at my house fixing the issue within 5 hours of my call. No leak now, all taken care of. Not only was the service technician kind and friendly, he resolved the issue immediately. In a world where customer service has gone by the wayside Aqua Otter KNOWS what that is. Thank you not only for your amazing product but for going ABOVE AND BEYOND to continue to maintain your product. I would HIGHLY recommend this water system to anyone considering one.

Bought this system within the last year to year and a half. It conditioned the water as promised. However, we had some pressure problems after around a year. Steve came out and took care of the issue promptly. We really like the system, we’ll worth the money.

We have quite a bit of iron in our water before we had this system installed our water would turn orange within a few seconds heated up in the microwave, coffee and tea would turn purple and now there is no color changes when heated up. We are able to finally wash whites at home after 36 years of other systems that have failed. We highly recommend this system to everyone
