Okay but not an actual B&B ☺ Location was central to events. ☹ Room was converted garage with music playing consistently in garage next door. Shower caddy fell during stay and comment from owner made us feel as it was our fault. Left a bad impression.

thanks for your review. you only needed to ask and we would have turned the radio off. communication is key and it would have been nice to be told about the damage in the bathroom before you left or you could have written in the card we leave for such instances. Our purpose built studio is prefect for those traveling with pets as you were thanks

Jess made us feel really welcome and the facilities were of the highest quality. ☺ Very generous supply of breakfast and snack items. ☹ The TV set was situated above the sofa so to watch it you had to sit on the dining table chairs.

Clean comfy relaxing with everything we needed. Friendly welcoming host and delicious breakfast ☺ Handy location to shops but also quiet. Good sized room with secure parking. Comfortable bed with selection of pillow thickness. Delicious breakfast. Great to have access to laundry facilities. Friendly host and a Thankyou card with picture of host’s family was a nice touch ☹ Nothing

Lovely studio on the edge of Blenheim, about a 30minute walk into town. Right side of town for hitting the best wineries. Join one of Jess & Dean's wine tours to really enjoy the local wines!

Very Good ☺ The studio room was very comfortable and clean. It was wonderful to have breakfast provided and a coffee machine with plenty of pods. Friendly, welcoming owners and a lovely, relaxed vibe. ☹ We had the studio which is open to the owners carparking area which wasn't great but they are looking to add a privacy screen to alleviate this. The other unit had a private garden area which we were welcome to use.

Relaxing stay with good amenities to help ease the burden of travel. ☺ Jess and Dean are both lovely people, with excellent hospitality, and I enjoyed their relaxed demeanor. The Studio was nice and spacious with an excellent coffee station.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The place was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our two small dogs, with an adjoining dog park right at the back of the property – such a bonus! The spa pool was a real treat after running the half marathon, and the continental breakfasts were a lovely touch that made us feel so well looked after. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. The location was also great – nice and central. We really appreciated that it was dog-friendly and would absolutely stay again!

Jess and Dean have done a great job in providing excellent and extensive accommodation to make guests feel that they are at home from home. Rooms are well designed and spacious, exceptionally clean, neat and tidy. A continental breakfast is provided as is a welcoming laundry room for travellers living out of a suitcase. Would not hesitate to stay here again if the opportunity to revisit NZ for a relaxing break arose.
