The service and expertise provided by James was honestly second to none, he guided me step by step through the design and sourcing of the diamond we used for the bespoke ring. May I add this was all done via messaging as I struggle for time and couldn’t make it to the offices. The ring arrived perfectly on time as agreed and is honestly outstanding, my now fiancé was absolutely blown away, just as I have been during this whole process.
The aftercare is also second to none.

We are extremely detail orientated and made a lot of specific requests, but the whole process was handled very well. The communication was straightforward, with CAD drawings provided and regular updates via WhatsApp voice notes, making it easy, enjoyable and exciting.

Not quite sure how we found this company but cannot recommend more highly. Victoria in particular. If any one would like a besoke beautiful piece of jewellery, this is the company to use. From inception to completion the whole process was a delightful experience.

Absolutely fantastic company - visited their website with an idea in mind but not really knowing anything about rings, sizes etc. Registered my interest via a form and within a few minutes was contacted by Miranda who was unbelievably helpful. Sent through some beautiful designs that matched the look I was going for and also helped massively with choosing the size - which in the end couldn’t have fitted any better! At no point was there any push or rush to make a sale, the team were genuinely interested in helping make sure the right choice is made. The ring itself is exceptionally beautiful, i was sent a video by James after it was made to make sure I was happy with it and was then sent to me on a day of my choice - My fiancé was lost for words and hasn’t stopped receiving compliments on how nice it is! Incredibly glad I went with this company and cannot speak highly enough of the quality and the service provided by London diamonds!

Not the cheapest in London, but definitely high quality and the lifetime guarantee has already come in handy when a stone fell out. While they're solid at the basic designs lots of brides ask for, they also made a great bespoke male engagement ring that is nothing like anything I've ever seen before or since. My husband still gets lots of compliments on it over a year later. Thank you, Maggie!

Put plainly, you simply have to purchase your engagement ring or diamond jewelry from James and the team at London Diamonds. Truly unrivaled customer service and amazing products. I was speaking back and forth with James for about 6 months, he never pushed a sale and was always happy to help / educate me on the market. Ended up with the perfect engagement ring which my partner was delighted with. On top of that, their after-care service continues, they’re always happy to help and are top draw with any issues.
