Just want to start and say thank you James.. Great customer service from start to finish. Could not ask for any more. Absolutely amazing….. Brought an engagement ring for my now fiancé, James helped me right from the start answering all my questions around designing and what would work best, timings, prices all the questions you have will be answered and replied to in a very quick time frame. I was kept upto date with every detail that was going on during the making of the ring. It was made and delivered within the time frame. The ring looks absolutely amazing just how I wanted it to be, I can’t thank James enough for the help he gave me and I can’t thank the team and London diamonds enough for their hard work and time to make the ring. My fiancé couldn’t be happier she is over the moon with the ring, so thanks again and we will for sure be back in the near future. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks D & M

James at London Diamonds goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. A few years ago, my partner worked with him to create my stunning custom engagement ring. We are extremely detail orientated and made a lot of specific requests, but the whole process was handled very well. The communication was straightforward, with CAD drawings provided and regular updates via WhatsApp voice notes, making it easy, enjoyable and exciting. For anyone looking for a bespoke engagement ring, I absolutely recommend London Diamonds, I am always raving about them.

Went through the various scales and charts which helped us to narrow down a particular stone, setting and metal. I didn’t buy that particular day and Khushi promised she would keep in touch with similar stones on the market. The right diamond did come in and the sales process was simple and confirmation sent through expeditiously. It took approximately 4-5 weeks and the piece is beautiful!! Khushi was amazing!! I would highly recommend Shining Diamonds! Just ask for Khushi!!

The service and expertise provided by James was honestly second to none, he guided me step by step through the design and sourcing of the diamond we used for the bespoke ring. May I add this was all done via messaging as I struggle for time and couldn’t make it to the offices. Absolutely fantastic company - visited their website with an idea in mind but not really knowing anything about rings, sizes etc. Registered my interest via a form and within a few minutes was contacted by Miranda who was unbelievably helpful. Sent through some beautiful designs that matched the look I was going for and also helped massively with choosing the size - which in the end couldn’t have fitted any better! At no point was there any push or rush to make a sale, the team were genuinely interested in helping make sure the right choice is made. The ring itself is exceptionally beautiful, i was sent a video by James after it was made to make sure I was happy with it and was then sent to me on a day of my choice - My fiancé was lost for words and hasn’t stopped receiving compliments on how nice it is! Incredibly glad I went with this company and cannot speak highly enough of the quality and the service provided by London diamonds!
