I have been training and getting chiro sessions in with Anojan at Muscle and Movement and the experience has been exceptional. I have seen huge improvement in my mobility and strength. I have also met with Vithushan for massage therapy and his massages are very relaxing and he is a great conversationalist. The receptionists are very welcoming and take a huge load off my back as I do not need to get in touch with my insurance company for any of the claim processing. I would highly recommend Muscle & Movement Rehab to everyone!

"5 star isn't good enough! I recently visited Dr. Anojan after suffering a concussion. I have to say the care I received was top-notch from the entire staff. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly kind compassionate and professional, a special shout out to the Administrative staff who was super helpful and accommodating. They truly set the tone for the whole office. Dr. Anojan and his team worked wonders to help me with my injury. They're all stars! Highly recommend anyone looking for a Physiotherapist, Chiropractor who truly cares about their patients thanks again guys you're the best a special shout out to Divya and Urvi.

I had an amazing experience at Muscle and Movement Rehab. I came in for a shoulder injury from playing baseball, and the team here truly helped me get back on track. A huge shoutout to Dr. Anojan for his incredible rehab and physio work — he was thorough, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about my recovery. His approach made a huge difference in my mobility and strength. Also want to give a special mention to Vithushan for the massages — they’ve been a game changer for my posture and shoulder issues. You can really tell he knows what he’s doing. And of course, big thanks to the front desk staff for always being so welcoming, organized, and friendly every time I came in. I came here a few months ago with a very bad pain in my shoulder that was stopping me from from doing my regular exercise routines. I felt discouraged and demotivated by what felt like a pinching pain in the shoulder area when doing chest/shoulder exercises. i can now gladly say that I am back to pushing the same weights i was able to before, all thanks to the treatment i received here! The team at M&M Rehab is extremely professional. They focus on complete care of their patients. I have had experience with their physio, massage and chiro. Dr. Anojan is the only doctor who takes his time to make sure patients are leaving with an after care program. As he demonstrates exercises, he really focuses on form which is something I have not experienced in any other clinic.
