Thomas, we are sorry the visit felt sales driven. That is not the experience we want anyone to have.

When we get a call for a softener not working, we diagnose the cause first, then present options. In your case, the system tank had failed and the RO equipment in place was not professional grade, which made the correct filters difficult to match without guessing. We offered options because we do not want to install incorrect parts or take your money without confidence it will fix the issue.

We hear you that we should have stayed tighter to what you asked for and communicated it better. If you are willing, we would like to review the appointment and see what we can do to make it right. Please call our office and ask for Josh, or reply here with the best number to reach you.
