A month or so ago I learned through Holloway Plumbing who has been working on our two ranches and doing incredible and stellar work that the Halo Whole Home System we installed was not even working, the second system at our other property also had been installed backwards so impacting water pressure. Murray Services basically robbed us, over charged on the automated horse water feeders that we had to completely re-install, the threading didn't even fit properly and two occasions of flooding. This is one plumbing company I do not recommend and warn you to proceed with caution, Josh Murray is not honest, the work was done by unqualified probably not even licensed help, and it was an overall very bad experience. Do not use Murray Services you will regret. We spent over $50K on services and we had to spend another $20K just to fix what was not properly done. Don't make the same mistake we made. Holloway Plumbing and others are out there who are truly professional and get the job done right.

There is nothing good or VIP about Josh and his company Murray Services. It was a clown show and failures of epic proportion. Charged $11k to install automated horse waterers and all the basic connections leaked and weren't installed properly, charged $30k for whole home halo systems one house system was backwards, the other home we had it had never worked after we had Holloway Pumbing come in and fix all of his mistakes. Josh is a liar doesn't have licensed people working for him and should not have a license to do any kind of plumbing. Stay as far away as possible from this diabolical unprofessional cheat.

When we get a call for a softener not working, we diagnose the cause first, then present options. In your case, the system tank had failed and the RO equipment in place was not professional grade, which made the correct filters difficult to match without guessing. We offered options because we do not want to install incorrect parts or take your money without confidence it will fix the issue.

We hear you that we should have stayed tighter to what you asked for and communicated it better. If you are willing, we would like to review the appointment and see what we can do to make it right. Please call our office and ask for Josh, or reply here with the best number to reach you.

Our experience with Murray Service Company has been good. We were experiencing a problem with a new water heater and Murray service responded to the manufacturers request right away and they have kept up with us while we were awaiting parts from the manufacturer. The service man Josh who came to install the parts was very capable and took the time to explain everything that he was doing and was very pleasant to have in our home. I would have confidence to call them for anything in the future that we would need for our plumbing!
