Very positive experience with Murray Plumbing to replace an outside drain. I shared with them bid specs from another company and they beat the price significantly. They were able to come out within a day and completed the work. The crew was careful, courteous and did a great job explaining everything. Even invoicing went smoothly. Michael showed up on time and greeted me politely. Leaking wax seal was promptly identified and repair fee was quoted. He performed the work quickly and left the work site cleaner than when he arrived. I will be using Murray Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs. Can’t say enough about Michael’s pleasant personality.

Arrived on time and totally helped put in an automatic shut-off valve. These guys are great! A bit pricey but worth it!

Murray plumbing promptly responded to my home and fixed a bathtub handle where water was shooting out for an unknown reason. They solved the problem and noted that this may have been from another issue which we were unaware of. Thanks to Murray plumbing we were able to resolve all issues!

Wow! What a great find! We had a situation with roots growing up into the toilet in one of our rentals! The company that gave us the first estimate said it needed to be jackhammered and would be thousands of dollars more than what Murray Plumbing ultimately charged. Ryan sent someone out really fast. Chris dug out the roots from around the flange, added RootX to prevent them from growing back and put in new bolts. All in less that 24 hours from when we called. As the owner of a residential property management company, I can attest that this company is worthy of their 5* rating.

Murry Plumbing repaired a loose kitchen sink which included replacing 3 bolts underneath the sink. The repairman did not call before coming, did not bring the appropriate tools and charged us $550.00. That's $225.00 per hour for approximately 20 minutes of actual work on the sink. ???

Murray Plumbing exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Their technician, Michael, came out to replace our sump pump and was great . He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what had gone wrong with our system.
Michael made us feel very confident in his abilities right away. He walked us through the process, answered all of our questions, and ensured we fully understood the work being done. The plumber that came out was great. I needed a new sump pump so they replaced it. The sump pump was about 450. i’m not a huge fan of having a shock factor when it comes to paying at the end of the job. My total ended up being $1000. So they may need to work on the processes of having the total cost upfront before starting the work. $1000 for about two hours of work makes me feel like I got ripped off.

Makaila i’m so sorry you feel ripped of I promise you dealing with a sump pump is a very disgusting job on top of cost of gas liability insurance workmans comp and payroll that is a fair price in this tough industry but I tell you what give me a text or call at 530-499-2223 I would like to give you discount!
