Most agency’s fob u off when there’s no work available but multi staff have treated me as though I’m important to them and the management have always tried to find me work and they’ve never let me down yet , the staff are always polite on the phone and they always deliver , if the pay is short it’s there within a couple off hours , I’m very happy to be still working for this agency and may it continue

Caroline was great. I applied for a position and almost immediately she was on the phone asking about me, my experience and talked about the role. She sent all the interview details through on her day off! She asked how the interview went and then chased the company and rang to tell me I had got the job - a thorough professional.

I have worked with MultiStaff on two separate occasions. Both times, they have managed to source and arrange job offers for me.
Their representative Caroline, is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and goes over and above at every turn.
All calls and emails are responded to the same day and you are kept in the loop throughout the job application process.

Great consultants Dealt with Caroline and Nick between the too the communication and what to expect was spot on was regularly updated on the progress made me be at easy going into my interviews and secured me a permanent role within weeks I am so grateful

They don't pay you what you're owed on time. When they do pay you it's incorrect and that Pete is the biggest liar I've ever met. He told me I would receive the payment 2 weeks ago, then he said last week and then he said Monday just gone. I've had to call and call and call to get this money. They have finally paid me and it's 4 hours short! Now, let's get on to the work. I was promised on going work where I would get my own truck. Didn't happen! I was then promised a temp to perm role. Didn't happen! This has all come from Pete. The guy is a liar and is only bothered about getting shifts filled. He clearly doesn't care about the people he sends to jobs. He sent me to one place and the truck had a fault on it. When the mechanic refused to fix the fault I said I won't be driving the truck and Pete blamed me and threatened to never give me work again. If I hadn't of said I'll speak to one of his companies directly for an application form he changed his tune. Absolute idiot and doesn't deserve to work as an agency rep. Because of him I will never use Multistaff again and I highly advise no one else to bother unless you want to work for free or be constantly lied to. I bet you got paid this week didn't you Pete? Hope you think about me when your eating ya tea next week and I'm starving. I've asked for a manager to call me tomorrow so I can make a complaint.
I’ve worked with some agency’s before and had some really bad experiences but multi staff are an Absolutely brilliant recruitment agency!! I spoke with nick and he was amazing! I was made redundant on Monday and spoke with him Monday afternoon and by Wednesday/Thursday I was back in work with a permanent position!! Really helpful super responsive,I couldn’t thank him enough!!
