Exceptionally disappointed in Mullet’s. They were supposed to be the best. Seems they sent their D squad to my $150k project. What was supposed to be a 6 week job expanded into more than 4 months with repeated measuring errors, breakage during install, and constant delays. Someone from management fully agreed they blew this job bad, and promised to provide a meaningful discount. They offered 3% off. Insulting.
They may have been good once, but it’s clear to me they are now extracting off what was once a good name.
Mullet's is the kind of company that you want to work with. They treat you like family, very particular to detail, resolve any questions, concerns, issues, promptly and professionally. Mullet's did a complete window replacement for my condo about 6 years ago. Excellent job, professional crew. Recently, one of the windows got filmy. Windows are triple paned and lifetime guarantee. Mullet's came to inspect, then submitted the claim to the manufacturer and subsequently replaced the defective window. Very nice company to deal with; approachable, responsive, professional.
We had a hurricane proof slider and hurricane proof window installed in our condo. Mullets made the process seamless. Their employees were professional and friendly. They arrived when promised and finished when promised. Not only that they cleaned up and left everything immaculate at the end of each day and when all was complete. Highly recommend.
I contracted with Mullet's Aluminum to replace all the windows and doors at my home in Sarasota with impact resistant selections from ES Windows. The work included several large picture windows and sliding glass doors. Their staff was great to work with and we are very pleased with the final product. I would strongly recommend them.
I had windows and porch sliders installed. Everyone from store front ,measuring ,finishing and permits were very detailed. There was one tiny piece they awaited for finish work and they did not collect money until 100 percent complete. I have seen poor workmanship in my neighbors' condos from cheaper quotes. We are all responsible for our windows but when something goes awry there is always a shadow of doubt and often times fearing litigation we all PAY the price for another fly by night company's lack of service that causes problems to inside the unit. Always hire a co with a BRICK and MORTAR STORE. They May not be cheapest but these hurricane windows are not cheap.When someone does a poor job no one with a reputation wants to touch them unless they are redoing.
