Mulch Solutions did a great job! The price ,delivery and installation was top notch. The clean up was detailed. My only improvement would be more notice of delivery and that is simple fix . Still give them five stars!

Mulch Solutions delivered and installed mulch at my home, and the crew was fantastic! There’s a wide variety of materials to choose from and the price for hardwood mulch was in my budget. They use convenient Google Maps to look at the area you want serviced, so there’s no need for inconvenient home visits from multiple vendors. Who’s got time for that?! Excellent service!

Called this company to get some mulch services done. Walked out front of my home morning of install to a truck and trailer stuck in my front yard from their operator who drove through our yard after a solid rain for 3 days. They did come back to fix the area the next day. I also requested something be done on the pricing of the actual services as this will take a good bit of time to actually grow grass and look like it did prior to the poor decision by their employee. I requested to talk to the GM just to get told that they did all they can do and had zero interest in actually making sure I was made whole. Paid full service for a company to ruin my yard. I even asked to speak to the Owner of the company only to be told he isn't involved in the day to day operation. Unprofessional at the very least.

As you mentioned, you were happy with the mulch and quality of work, and we’re glad it met expectations. Our team took full responsibility and was onsite the next day to repair the area—regrading, applying the seed and fertilizer you requested, and covering with straw.

While we don’t believe a discount is warranted since the original scope was completed, we’ll check in over the next 2–3 weeks to ensure the grass grows back nicely. If it doesn’t take as expected, we’ll gladly return to reseed. Please continue watering regularly to help it germinate. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to make things right.

They completed my job in a timely and efficient manner. Be aware that they are blowing mulch so there is a cleanup required but they cleaned all areas before they left. I have a steep lot on Lake Wylie and this system works well.
