This is the second time I have used Ruhl Electrical on a major renovation, and their work is outstanding. For the most recent job, Cooper replaced our electrical panel, and entirely rewired both of our bathrooms. Cooper is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond, which was not expected, but hugely appreciated. We experienced many setbacks in these renovations (nothing to do with Ruhl Electrical), and Cooper, and the office staff, were very understanding and accommodating. I understand most of their work concerns generators, but Ruhl Electric made it evident that it has certainly not neglected keeping up with its knowledge of the more mundane house electrical side. Their price for the work was commensurate to the level of service they provided.

Generac maintenance. The generator engineer was very courteous and knowledgeable. It has been some time since I purchased a battery, but $209 seems overpriced. My rating on response time is based on the fact that the service was scheduled for a Friday, then rescheduled for the following Monday. No service was performed on Monday and no notice given. Serviceman arrived unannounced the next day.

The service from the team at M.T. Ruhl Electrical Contracting, Inc. was EXCEPTIONAL!! I had a team of 3 arrive on time to install and new full home generator. They were professional and efficient, in fact they completed the install earlier than expected and then took the time to install the app on my phone and show me each section while also taking me outside and showing me all safety features, hookups and the actual generator workings. I could not have asked for better service!! I highly recommend this team lead by Connor and will call them again for any electrical needs. Thank you!!

Aaron and a 2nd technician was prompt, sending text message as to his arrival then a phone call when he arrived. Technician was thorough and reviewed the status of my generator where the status light was in the red instead of green. Maintenence and minor. adjustments were made and the unit was tested. Copy of the Maintenence checklist was delivered to me. Both techs left a clean generator and clean property.
