Paid and had generator serviced on March 11 and in less than 3 weeks total blow out of oil switch, pressure switch and oil filter plus down 2 Quart of oil. Seems ironically all this could happen in short time of yearly service and check up. No consideration given on price break of repairs!

At your March 11 maintenance, the generator passed all normal operating checks. Unfortunately, components like oil pressure sensors can fail unexpectedly after the fact, which is what occurred here. These parts are independent of the standard service items and can fail without warning.
When you contacted us, we promptly sent a technician out to diagnose and correct the issue so your system could be safely restored to operation.

I had a generic generator installed by Ruhl at my home. They explained everything to me . The install took 4 hrs and they went over everything i need to know . I was very happy with the results
