We have used MSV Plumbing Services for the first time today to assist us with unblocking our drains. Excellent service from start to finish. We were called very quickly after submitting an online quote request and availability was awesome. Very punctual attendance, which in Brisbane is very rare, super professional and polite. Exceedingly happy with the result and would happily recommend this business.

I had very good experiance with MSV Plumbing Service. My water heater safety valve faild and i got almost splashed with hot water. I called MSV and they installed new water heater and removed oldone. After some time we noticed water coming out of the wall. We called again MSV to check water pipes in the wall. Becuase of safety valve was wronlgly installed in original installed, pressure built up in the system and joints started leaking water. We open wall on several locations and changed the valves. So MSV did really good job solving all of those issues.

When you called us back about the water coming from the wall, we wanted to make sure we found the real cause, not just patch the problem. The original valve installation definitely created a lot of pressure in the lines, so opening the wall and replacing those leaking joints was the safest way to fix it properly.
