Absolutely fabulous choices and overall experience. Amber and Norbin took the time showing me piles of rugs while listening to my desires and looking at pictures of my home. Norbin was able to zero in on a few particular rugs that he felt would work for me. I thought I needed a much larger rug and their size suggestion totally worked. Darren Jaffe, the Owner was also present but let Norbin and Amber do their thing. Norbin wrote down all the rugs(4) I was interested in and he and Amber literally followed me home with all the rugs so I could see them in my space. The choice became pretty obvious and I couldn’t be happier. They even supplied a pad for the rug and positioned all my furniture. This was truly an amazing customer service experience and I so appreciate all that Norbin, Amber and Darren did. Thank you! 😊

Daren and team are absolutely wonderful!! He spends as much time as you need. I have never been to a rug gallery that will actually bring the rugs to your home and let you see them in the actual space. It made all the difference in the world! I strongly encourage you to go there before any other gallery and try them out. You also must meet Piper the Rug Picker. She’s the best! You must go to meet her.

They came to our house with different options we can choose from and set the rugs so we can see how the look in the rooms. At the end we purchase two rugs and we're planing to get another one for the dining room soon. Highly recommended.
I bought the most exquisite rug at Jaffe! The owner Daren was so helpful and accommodating! The showroom is absolutely beautiful with so many gorgeous rugs to choose from! I even met the resident pup Piper who is the sweetest dog ever! I wanted her as part of the deal, but unfortunately, she wasn’t included. Great store, great service, great selection! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The service orientation and service attitude is what business schools write about. Sincere authentic warm. We were very thrilled with the rugs that we bought from him. Beautiful rugs, great quality! Jaffe has completely changed the way I look at rugs and their quality! I am so happy with my purchase and know it will be with me for years to come! Jaffe was very pleasant to work with, kind, and knowledgeable. I was able to see 5 different rugs in my home with my furniture in order to make a decision. I ended up with a beautiful rug! He and his team moved my furniture and set it back up with the rug - side note I had just had my couch steamed and the steamers wouldn’t even connect my couch back together, thankfully Jaffe helped me out! I will continue to purchase rugs there from this day forward!
This place is amazing! Mr. Jaffe is an upstanding individual who is genuinely interested and well versed on all your rugs needs. I should also add this spot has a lot of extra atmosphere compared to the other rug stores in Jax.
We have used them on two separate occasions with three different rugs. Great selection, super nice owner, delivery and installation was spot on. We will use them again in the future. Highly recommend!!
