Absolutely horrible experience. I made a booking a day before travelling and the person confirmed it. On the day of travelling, I made 4 to 5 calls, waiting for the car and there was absolutely no response and they never called back either. Please be careful of such people and their fraud work. Absolute unprofessionals.
