Super goede service en snelle reactie van Michel! Eerst onderhoud en controle aan onze verouderde CV ketel laten doen, en later ook door hem laten vervangen. Heel netjes uitgevoerd en alles netjes achtergelagen.
Michel is bovendien erg gezellig en dacht goed met ons mee omdat we een beetje haast hadden ivm een baby op komst. Aanrader!

Michel visited us free of charge during his lunch break after we explained the situation we had been put in. He immediately confirmed our concerns and impressed us with his professionalism, technical knowledge, and most importantly his honesty.
He took the time to thoroughly inspect our boiler and clearly explained what had been done previously, confirming that the so-called “new” parts installed by the previous company were not new at all. Tot twee keer aan toe gewacht op een afspraak waar niemand langs kwam.
Na het maken van de eerste afspraak 3 weken moeten wachten. Geen probleem. Op de dag van de afspraak word ik gebeld of de afspraak verschoven kon worden want werk loopt uit. Prima, kan gebeuren.
Op de volgende afgesproken dag, een week later. Was ik de hele dag aan het wachten, om erachter te komen dat er eigenlijk gewoon niemand kwam. Ik heb getracht te bellen, en een bericht verstuurd. Niks werd beantwoord, ook niet in de dagen erna.
Als je geen tijd hebt voor nieuwe vaste klanten moet je dat gewoon aangeven, en ze niet na zo lang geduldig wachten in de kou te laten staan.
