Unfortunately, they take zero liability on a popped AC actuator they installed Aug 2024, causing major damages to our master bathroom. Mr Fixer is insisting it had 3 month warranty only. I would expect, if we pay for major AC maintenance & change all 5 units, to take some sort of ownership. This very same unit showed a defect already 2 months ago, they charged us for rectification then and now charging us again to fix all these damages. Very disappointed
Update: after initial assessment, an old actuator unit failed, the one that was paid for and supposed to be replaced by Mr Fixer in 2024. Again, Mr Fixer does not take responsibility, insinuating that we changed the new unit ourselves to an old one between Aug 2024 and now as seen on their report :-) how would an old actuator, matching the previous gen originally installed reappear? It doesn’t even come to Mr Fixers thought process, that they might have missed to replace it back then… it’s a finger pointing attitude where Mr fixer bluntly blames the customer, regardless of how illogical that all is.
