I recently completed a lease of a 2025 Mazda CX-90 PHEV. I had never tried using a broker before this transaction. I was unsure of how the whole process worked. After some research I decided to give MrDealsAuto a chance. I reached out via Facebook Messenger and was contacted by Mike. Mike was awesome. I had test driven A CX-90 and knew that was the vehicle I wanted. I gave Mike my budget and he worked to find a vehicle to fit that budget. Mike shared that he had some lease specials on the PHEV. He even found a dealer where I could test drive one. I showed up and took the vehicle for a ride and I knew that it was the SUV I wanted. After a vehicle deal fell through, (vehicle damaged at the dealership) Mike didn’t give up. He stayed in contact and worked to fine me the color I wanted. I then asked him to add my lease return to the deal. I had three payments left on my current lease and he found a wholesaler that would buyout my vehicle. This saved me additional money. Mike arranged for the drop and pick up of both vehicles. What an awesome experience!!! I am grateful for Mike’s commitment to make this a great experience. I work for a large corporation and providing outstanding customer service is what we try to complete everyday. I know what outstanding customer service looks like and that is what I received. He listened to my needs, every detail, and gave me what I felt was a “white glove” experience. I want to thank Mr Deals Auto for making my first experience using a broker, one I will remember. I will recommend your business to anyone looking for a new vehicle. My days of spending hours at a dealership are over!
