Stayed here alone, comfortable nice room and bathroom. Close to a few cafes, takeaways and the supermarket.

AS above. One front of house girl was efficient but had no friendliness or welcoming behaviour, The surprising absence of eating facilities was offset by Malo next door for fine evening dining bujt it was not open for breakfast.

The hotel was in very good condition and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We also got an upgrade which was awesome. The room was in great condition and the mattress was amazing. The free onsite parking was also very convenient.

☺ Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Havelock North. Easy walking distance to a good range of shops, restaurants and cafes. Hotel parking is secure. Room was nicely appointed, comfortable with thoughtful touches. Wish we could have stayed longer!
☹ Rooms are quite expensive, they seem to increase in price each time I stay, like most else at the moment! Not hotel's fault but the restaurant downstairs, Malo (room service option), is not something we'd recommend. It used to be quite good but we'd suggest trying one of the several other great options nearby. The menu is very limited, on the expensive side, and neither of us enjoyed our meals.

Lovely boutique hotel, we stayed in a room with kitchen facilities which is such a bonus, they also have a laundry guests can use. Little balcony to sit on and have an afternoon wine. Perfect location. Super friendly reception staff.
