Exceptional service, price and quick service Exceptional. Have struggled for a while to find someone who understands underfloor heating to repair faults, previous engineers have made it worse. This team knew exactly what to do. They understood the system, found economical fixes by knowing the system. The fault was blown fuses which they replaced same day and got it working. Great service at good prices and came out within a week. Can’t ask for more.

Had a problem with my underfloor heating . Came out very promptly and knew exactly what to do. Very knowledgeable, friendly and skilled team. Price very reasonable and found options to get the system working without me having to pay beyond my limits. Very few services I would take the time to review but these guys are genuinely exceptional

Have used this company several times from installing a new gas boiler and servicing it on an annual basis and for locating and fixing a leak which occurred in a water pipe. The office staff who take the calls are very friendly and knowledgeable and get an engineer booked to solve the problem very quickly. The Engineers who turn up to do the job are always polite and friendly and do the job to a very high standard leaving the place clean and tidy. Highly recommend them.

Shower Repair After an abortive attempt to get the shower supplier to repair the shower that had been installed only 9 months ago, I contacted M&R plumbing for a diagnosis of the problem. Mick came the following day and quickly identified that the shower had been incorrectly installed - one screw used instead of four. He was able to repair it immediately. We are now pursuing the supplier for reimbursement. Chantelle who took our initial call, was courteous, and helpful, and arranged a site visit for the next day. The cost was appropriate and the report and photograph that Mick provided within 48 hours will support our claim with the supplier.

Called them as our boiler was constantly running, due to a stuck zone valve. I received a quote, and they came 2 days later to fit the replacement. Staff were very helpful and friendly, and Liam, the engineer who came out was very friendly and knowledgeable. Great service!

M&R service and repair, when necessary, my home and rental properties. When first contacting their office they are always very professional and courteous. When speaking with engineers direct..they too are courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Recent work on my rental property was excellent and the engineers went above and beyond to get the water back on for my tenant.
