Great Experience with Smiles at School Photography Hannah was fantastic! She made the children and staff feel at ease and happy to have their photos taken. She worked efficiently and captured some wonderful photos of our children. Great presents for families to purchase ahead of Christmas. The novelty pictures went down well :)

I cannot speak highly enough of Smiles at School Photography. Whereas some other companies just seem to rattle off photos of the kids without really bothering to make sure they look happy, Smiles at School clearly care about the quality of the photos and really get the kids to look great in their photos, by making it fun. My kids actually loved school photo days for this reason. Keep up the great work. The easiest 5 star review I've ever given.

Unfortunately I’m not that impressed with this company. They visited my daughter’s nursery and the quality of the photos taken were not that great. I do understand that taking photos of children is probably not easy, however the photographer’s attention to detail was disappointing. However to add to this, we ordered photos and only 1 of 5 photos were put into the frame. The others were left in the packet for us to do; with 2 of the photos still joined together, meaning we have to cut them manually with a scissors!! Disappointing.

Sorry to hear your comments, Amelz. Unfortunately we've not spoken direct, so I can't comment on your particular situation nor know which Nursery this was at so cannot comment on why your images may not be to your satisfaction. We are always happy to have this chat though.
Regarding mounted photos, it is standard practice for school and Nursery photographs to be provided unmounted, as this enables us to keep prices affordable for parents. I'm sorry you found this a problem. Do get in touch and maybe we can help :)

unimpressed - redirects to ordermyphotos.co.uk site - where despite entering the image reference several times nothing appears to happen. The ‘view photos’ / “add to gallery” button should alter to show something is processing. Having now viewed the photos, i’m very disappointed. One of my son’s mouth is open oddly in every shot - it looks dreadful. My other looks like he’s having a mug shot taken for prison. It means i’m unable to order the first joint school photo - really gutted - perhaps a little direction would result in better images?

Please do reach out so we can see what the issue is - we can review the school shoot and get feedback from the photographer on why you may be unhappy with your photos. We may be able to advise on retake options.
