Me and my partner have only been to movera once last year and we've been yearning for treatments from Alex and Miriam. Living far away from the best RMTs you know is never ideal.
Their attention to detail is what im here for: Each and every tight knot ironed out by their perfect pressure; Each joint stretched out in multiple angles to give you the best mobility; Extensive exercise knowledge to reinforce the strong muscles and joints.
Did i mention they have fun, goofy and relatable personalities too?? its always fun to have a conversation with them, leaving a big smile to my face whenever i have a treatment with them.

I recently received a treatment with RMT at their modern facility, Alex and Miriam both were very personable and very professional. I have done similar treatments with other companies before but I this one was so far was one of the best ones I have ever had.

They cancelled all appointments from their side. I didn't even go for the session at all! Horrible service. I had sessions booked in advance for 1.5 month for me and my husband but I am taking my business elsewhere.

We understand it can be upsetting when things change, and we’re sorry to hear you were disappointed. We initially reached out on June 7 to reschedule your and your partner’s first appointments with us on June 17, due to a last-minute medical emergency appointment affecting the practitioner’s schedule. Unfortunately, we received no follow-up or communication to confirm rescheduling the appointment to either a new day that worked or the same day with another practitioner.
With no response, we followed up again on June 9, 11, 13, and a final time on June 16 to confirm whether the rest of the appointments—booked twice a week for both of you throughout July—would still be attended. These bookings totaled 23 appointments over four weeks, including several on back-to-back days.
Generally, when patients are seen more than once a week, that frequency is discussed and planned in person to ensure it’s therapeutically appropriate. While we did not address the volume of bookings at the time, we reached out simply to confirm whether these sessions would be attended.
As no confirmation was received and we could see the messages had been opened through our booking system, it appeared the appointments were being held to secure time slots without the intent to attend. After multiple weeks of no communication, and no reply to our final message stating, “We require confirmation that you will be attending the appointments currently scheduled. If we do not receive confirmation by the evening of June 18th, we will proceed with cancelling all upcoming appointments for both yourself and your partner,” we had to assume these would be no-shows. Out of respect for our practitioners’ time and to allow space for current patients actively seeking care, the appointments were cancelled and reopened.
As a result of this situation, we’ve implemented a new policy limiting online booking to 5 appointments at a time to ensure fair access for all patients.
Lastly, based on your public review history, there appears to be a recurring pattern of challenging clinic policies regarding no-shows and cancellations. We aim to treat all patients with fairness and consistency, and we always welcome open, timely communication.
Out of respect for our practitioners and the continuity of care for our existing patients, we strive to uphold the standards our clinic is known for—providing high-quality care, maintaining fair booking practices, and ensuring clear communication at every step.
