Arrived safely to my new property in perfect condition, the guys were so polite and accommodating. Always a phone call away if I had any questions about the move. So glad I went with these guys, they all worked so hard. Didn’t believe they could empty a 5 bed house in just over 2 hours but they did. They actually made the experience fun - I would highly recommend Moved Removals & Storage. Price was same as quoted elsewhere, vans packed efficiently. Loads of help at the new place - and two cute dogs to play with whilst we moved - perfect for us :-)
Steve from Moved Removals was recommended to me by someone I know. I filled in an online form on their website around 6.10pm as I thought it would be too late to call as it was after 6pm. However, around 10 minutes later I received a call from him on my mobile asking how he could help. I explained that the delivery company for my two new sofas could not deliver them up the exterior spiral staircase and also said that they said the sofas would not fit through the front door.
Coincidentally, Steve had moved a large sofa out for our ex tenant last September so he knew exactly what I was talking about and reassured me it would totally be possible and to get the sofas delivered to him at his storage facility. This we did. Today, he and his men had no issues with delivering them. They did a fantastic job and because the price was so competitive and they went the extra mile we actually paid him a little bit extra. Steve really cares about giving good customer service and going the extra mile. I highly recommend Steve and his team.
We've had an exceptional experience with Moved Removals on our recent house move.
Everything from the quote, the reassurances, and the move itself were top notch.
Steve, Diesel, Gary, Fred, Graham, Charlie all attended across the 2 days it took to pack and unpack us, and all of them were absolute gentlemen, treated our house and our belongings with respect, and we had a good laugh together too.
Although on the day of the completion the keys were a bit late, all the guys were here until every box was unloaded and every piece of furniture put back together.
I wouldn't use anyone else for removals, on the Wirral or anywhere else, absolutely top notch service and very competitive prices.
Have just had the pleasure of using Moved Removals to move the lady who I look after twice! They had to move her out of her flat, put her belongings into their storage facility then move her into her new bungalow 2 weeks later. The lads can't do enough for you, they were fast, very consensious and made the entire move stress free. Thank you to Steve and and the lads for making what is usually a very stressful time into a hassle free and stress free process.
Brilliant service by ste and the lads. Survey and quote completed very quickly and helpful with all queries and questions. On the day arrived early and basically packed the house in the van in about 2 hours. Then once i had the keys they were at the property in about 10mins.
The service was top drawer and I have already recommended moved removals to others.

Amazing service by very patient staff. I booked at very short notice for a 6 bedroom property move with a 2 day service, Diesel came to my property and sent the quote within an hour.
On the day of removal I was unsure completion was going ahead the next day due to solicitors, this didn’t phase the lads in the slightest they assured me my belongings would be stored in a safe lockup fully insured nothing was too much trouble or rushed.
They disassembled all wardrobes & beds, boxes and furniture were covered to enable zero damage. All carpets and doors were also protected.
I did not receive my keys until late Steve, Diesel and the team were incredible they reassembled all furniture and all boxes were in the correct rooms they did not finish until 8pm on a Friday night!!
The service was completely stress free. Extremely professional removal team, very happy with all aspects of the service provided. They made the stressful process of moving home very swift and totally stress free. Would highly recommend, if I ever needed storage or removals in the future MRS would be the first place I came!!
I forgot to mention I have a dog, they fussed over her and made sure she didn’t leave the gate.

We have just used Moved Removals & Storage for our home move early/mid October 2025. They assisted in moving us from Liverpool to Widnes.
The whole team were superb. They are all courteous, professional, patient and good humoured, making the whole experience a lot less stressful than trying to do it yourself.
You will pay more than a man in a van service but I feel it is worth the cost as the service provided was top notch.
We wanted help with the packing service and storage at their premises for a week to overlap the exchange and completion of the selling and buying of our old and new home. This helped hugely with taking the stress out of trying to do it all in one day.
Diesel came out and surveyed in person and provided our quote within 24 hours.
Diesel, Garry and Fred meticulously packed our belongings in a day, then moved our belongings to their storage on another day at our request.
They then brought our belongings to our new home, a day after we took the keys, again as requested by us.
All our items were returned in the same clean, and undamaged condition they left our old home in which was a huge relief to us.
Even Steve, the business owner was hands on involved on the moving out & moving in days.
The pride in providing the best removals service out there is their aim and they literally delivered.

Gary in particular was brilliant on the day, remaining professional and calm even though the day hadn't worked out as originally planned fo him! Best decision I've made going with these fellas. It was an absolute pleasure to meet them. Nothing was too much trouble and on top of them doing literally everything for me, we had great chats and I really felt I got on with them. They are just genuinely good guys. They got a lot of stick from road users because their van had to block the lane for a few hours but they were polite and respectful and took it all in their stride. Really impressive, very respectful of my stuff, drove a bloody long way (from Birkenhead to Pembroke!) and took a genuine interest in my new house and my plans for it. Was a bit sad to see them leave! 😂
