They are efficient at getting our linen delivered on time and quality is very good with decent fluffy white towels.

The hired linen service has been great. I had initial worries but the standard of linen is excellent and is maintained throughout the season. A different way of doing things but one which has lots of benefits!
We have been using Mount's Bay Laundry for at least 10 years. We have a self catering business of 5 cottages and up until Covid also had a B&B business. We hire their laundry and the quality of their linen and towels is excellent. You pay for a good service and that's what you get.
Everything is delivered and collected on time with a smile. The owners Julia & Damien have a really good team and nothing is too much trouble. If we need something in an emergency it is always possible. Communication is easy through email with a quick response time.
Our working relationship is very professional but with a personal touch. You are not a "number"!

My wife and I run the Mount Royal guest house in Penzance and we have been working with Julia and Damon of Mounts Bay Laundry and Linen Hire since 2013. We have always found Julia and Damon to be very friendly and incredibly helpful people and they have always shown us a great deal of care and taken a real interest in our business. In them and their team we have found people who have helped us achieve the high standards that we have always set in our guest house and its nice to see their passion in delivering this. We have always been hugely impressed with both the high quality and consistency of their laundry service and the real care taken looking after all our things - as have all of our guests on holiday over the years who have complimented the incredibly soft fluffy towels and the clean perfectly pressed sheets and duvets and the nicely starched tablecloths; oh, and not forgetting a timely and efficient collection and delivery service as well! Excellent service even at the busiest times of the year. Our orders, whether large or small, are always delivered on time which is very important when there are only a few hours between check out and check in times.
