When we first moved to Rossland, we were renting from Mountain Town Properties, and Jodie was the property manager. She was extremely thoughtful and helpful, and she kept us well-informed on our rights as tenants in BC. We had such a good experience with her that we asked her to be our agent when we bought a place. Again, she was very helpful, and quickly helped us find a home that perfectly suited our wants and needs. We have now moved away from beautiful Rossland, and of course we asked Jodie to represent us for the sale of our place. She made the sale process so smooth and painless, and kept us in the loop every step of the way, coordinating for us from afar. Jodie was one of our first contacts in Rossland, and we are so grateful for all of her help throughout our time there. Unsurprisingly, the rest of the Mountain Town Properties staff that we met were wonderfully kind and helpful as well. We would absolutely recommend MTP for anyone with housing needs in Rossland.

They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We asked if they owned pickleball racquets for the house and they went and purchased some for us! We were very comfortable with 8 people in the house. There are lots of games and puzzles for the bad weather days. We highly recommend this spot for a fun, family getaway.
