We own a new home (3 Years) in the Greer area that we love. Our kitchen and bathroom cabinets are highest quality, clearly superior in both appearance and functionality. They have served us flawlessly for over three years. Last week, one of the kitchen cabinet drawers, large, bottom level, that held large and heavy items became stuck in the open position. We called our cabinetry provider, Mountain Creek Kitchen & Bath and explained the situation. Eric Dardis, Project Manager for Mountain Creek, provided exemplary service. He came to our house the next morning, immediately diagnosed the issue, and had it corrected in less than 10 minutes, and promised future service if needed. Amazing response from Eric and Mountain Creek! An immediate fix of the issue! Highest commendations! Clearly superior product! Phenomenal service! Immediate response! We had Mountain Creek do a complete renovation of our kitchen and bath and had an amazing experience. Everything from picking cabinets and finishes with Railey through construction with Eric as the project manager was flawless. I’ve seen too often companies like this start a project saying it will take 2 months and drag their feet and end up taking twice as long. Eric kept the 6 weeks schedule on point and there wasn’t a day without someone working on something until it was complete. I will definitely be referring Mountain Creek to anyone I know looking for renovation work.

Great job from all the folks involved from Railey the showroom decorator, too the project coordinator Eric and all his contractors. They all had a hand in transforming our 80’s kitchen into the 21st century. Literally ripping out the whole kitchen from top to bottom . The owner is Pro Military which is plus when working on the estimate and final cost of project. Will use them again in the future for other projects.

Mountain Creek Kitchen & Bath, Inc. installed all our cabinets in our entire house when it was built in 2007. The cabinets are still in really great shape. We needed a replacement hinge for one cabinet years ago and they gave us several-no charge. Last week one of our kitchen drawers came loose because one of the plastic parts holding the rail on one side of the cabinet broke. We called MCK&B and spoke to Eric. He asked us to come in and show him since it was so old. The manufacture does not make the cabinets anymore so he investigated thoroughly and tried to find a spare plastic holder. He came to our house to see if the piece would work-but alas it wasn’t quite the same. So in the end he figured out a way to reuse the broken one by manipulating the two pieces. Since it was a little tricky and required drilling new holes, he had one of his installers Harry come out and complete the task for us. He did a great job in record time. Eric went above and beyond. The customer service was exceptional each time I’ve been there. I would highly recommend MCK&B to anyone!

MCK&B is a company that specializes in providing excellent, quality service with integrity at every turn. I had a small project which required special handling and timeliness. They worked carefully with me to fit my budget. Their professionals who worked on the job, such as plumber, tear out, sheetrock, installer, designer and customer service specialist, Martha, were all excellent in every way. Any hurdle that arose was handled quickly and professionally. I have never worked with any company that performed with this level of care and integrity. I recommend 100%.

I had a shower replaced and some cabinets put in my laundry room. The pricing was great with excellent quality. The installers kept the rest of my house clean during the install, which I greatly appreciate. I can't say enough about how great my new shower looks and how much better my laundry room is. I would recommend them hands down.

I will try to summarize as best as I can my experience with this establishment. Pay 15000 dollars for a counter top renovation and sink change. List of issues: 1) They installed a different sink because they order the wrong one, explanation: it's the same price and it's ok 2) Installation of the counter top had the worst finish against the counters and requested multiple times to get finish properly, end up refusing to pay for them to come and patch up, end up siliconed the rough gap between the top and counter, the guy that did it, didn't even smooth the silicone, the silicone looks lumpy and holes are everywhere. 3) Multiple phone calls ignored and contractors in the house highly unprofessional. The only time they call is to ask for the money that I refuse to pay due to the bad service, and condition mentioned in point 2. I pay the full amount after the silicone patch since I couldn't see any hope. In Summary communication was terrible and the system bouncing between project manager, service and administration it's placed in a way that causes so much effort to communicate that it's almost Impossible to give feedback or requests.
